Bear's Trading Post review: Stolen property

Someone stole several guitars from me and took them to Bears trading post to sell. I have sufficient evidence proving ownership and discrepancy in the individual's story. I have done business with Bears for quite some time they are familiar with who I am. One guitar that is a unique (a double-neck four-string bass and six-string combo) was taken there in July the individual didn't want to verify that the guitar wasn't stolen via paperwork, so they took the guitar to WV to Famous Pawnshop, so they sold it now the double-neck is back at bears on the floor for sale they have full knowledge that it was originally stolen from me. There were four other guitars that were sold at bears along with two amps. I had to buy them back because they were on the floor for sale.(one guitar was already sold and was not returned) Regardless of the evidence of ownership, the sheriff wouldn't pursue criminal charges either due to alleged civil discrepancies. However, Bear's Trading Post is selling merchandise that they have full knowledge of it being stolen property
