Dealer took our 09 Marabou Hybrid for repair, problem with the Hybrid system. took long time to fix and many excuses, finally fixed and say they call us for pick up (6 times) but we only got a phone call once, now Mr Monce Garcia, ( service manager) want $3, 500+ for storage fee, we never advice that was a storage fee if so we were pick up long time ago and we only 5 min away plus the car is for resale. they still had our car, can you advice us how to solve this problem?
