I was refunded by my credit card company. What a SCAM!
I filed a claim through my credit card company. They gave me a refund.
We just experienced the exact same thing. Ordered the wall cabinet and received a heater. I sent an email and they responded that the warehouse worker packed it incorrectly because he is having personal problems. They said the worker would give me a 30% refund. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company. They need to be removed from Facebook.
Wow! Well I guess I am in the same boat with you all on this. I got that tiny space heater a couple weeks back and couldn't for the life of me figure out why. Meanwhile I'm trying to deal with the fact that I haven't received this tailgate yet I ordered in November. They provided me an international tracking number originally following my purchase. When I reached out after I saw it showed delivered but wasn't, they provided me a USPS tracking number. It also showed delivered however was only 1lb and showed delivered to my mailbox, which obviously wouldn't match this product. So here I am trying to get them to give me answers about how to proceed to get this replaced or refunded and not hearing anything back and I find this page and it all makes sense. Officially disputing the charge with my card now.
The same thing happened to me. I received the cheap heater instead of the wall mount tailgate that I ordered. Big scam!

Same. I called and cancelled my transaction a week ago and was refunded.

I called the credit card company I used to make the purchase. I filed a claim and my money was refunded in about a week.

So I've had the same experience. Ordered the Tailgate Cabinet and received the space heater. When I contacted the company, they blamed the post office by sending an email like above.. They did not know that I have informed delivery and everything coming in is emailed to me; that included their order. Once I told them I had informed delivery, they "looked further" and found that a warehouse worker made a mistake and I quote "after checking, we noticed that your above order for the item is wrongly packaged by our warehouse worker, In view of his hard working and difficult family situation, company will not pursue the loss and shipping cost of the wrong product price difference. And he is willing to subsidize his own 30% refund to you to bear his own mistakes". Unbelievable. When I told them I would accept nothing less than a Full Refund or the actual cabinet I have had no other responses. Typically I am very careful with ordering, especially from advertisements from Facebook, but apparently I wasn't careful enough this time.
I guess they’re blaming the guy in the warehouse for this matter! However, their excuse for not being able to get my order resent is because of Chinese New Year….SCAM!
Fortunately my bank has already refunded my money!
