Ordered these items on 11th Nov 23. They were to be delivered on 7th December, due to us not moving into our new property we had to rearrange the delivery date. They now were going to be delivered on 11th Dec. My husband had special permission to have it delivered as we still had not moved in. The Evening before it should of been deliveredmy husband had a voicemail no phone call to say they were going to be just delivering the mattress and pillows. We did try to ring them back but they were closed. My husband rang Benson's customer service and they said it was because they other items were out of stock. Myself and my husband were not very happy at all tohear this. Where had our order gone? It was all there to be delivered on the 7th December 🤔 We went in to the store we ordered it from and they told us the fabric we wanted had been discontinued, which we had not been told this by customer service but that is what they wrote in the notes. We sorted another fabric and this Couldn't be delivered till 13th Feb. Gayner the sales assistant inshore said she was going to do her best to see if she if she could get the delivery date brought forward. We haven't heard from her! So on 4th Jan I email customer services asking this and telling them this is disgusting and we would like compensation for all the stress and messing about that as been cause. Still on reply. Disgraceful! Would not recommend them to anyone.
