we were gifted the above mattress by my husbands son the 1st mattress was a very firm mattress, The problem started when there was something moving in the mattress when we went to bed. we contacted the dealer and after much discussion the changed it The 2nd mattress was a soft mattress and also had (I think mice or rats) running in the mattress. My husband contacted them we sent more photos. Now they want us to pay £39-00 for an independent body to inspect the mattress. i asked how are they going to acertain what is moving in the mattress. The fact that the mattress is a soft one they have now asked for photos. I am besides myself as I cannot sleep at night and hope you can help resolve this matter for me.
