Dear SIr,
I have ordered through a website www.oureni.com some christmas wreath and accessories. I paid for express delevery yet the product was delayed.. SO the company was saying this delay is due to covid. So as pere there policy I can cancel my order. I sent them numerois emails and they kept saying please wait.. Yesterday out of all the items I bough they send me a mini item of a wreath the specification was 70 cm wide I recieved 20 cm wide and nothing like the photo on there webpage.. ALso I never recieved my other items. when I checked the parcel the address was from china as noted below"

I tried to call them.. yet they will shut the phone on my face. I sent them emails and they said that's all I will get.. I have paid for this 220.64 dollars on 22.10.2021 and never recieved my items.
This company is a beijing company and I need to report it.. since I got an items not as per photo and they never sent the other five items on my confirmed list.
Please advise what I can do. Its unfair we are being taken forgranted from those scam companies.
