Bel Air Grand Nuevo Vallarta or Bel Air Collection Owner’s Circle lied to me and cheated me out of $1785.00!

1- Gross misrepresentation of the timeshare

Failure to discuss and disclose rescission or revocation period during the sale

Lies regarding maintenance fees (Bel Air Collection rep stated there would be none)

Misrepresentation of monthly cost (promissory note states $357.50, financial services states monthly fee is $462.61 on June 7th.

These people try to ply you with liquor and smile around you while they rip you off and make another sale. When you go to their actual website and look at the prices, you can get the same deals as if you looked on expedia or travelocity. They claim to offer discounted hotel rates but it is a lie. They actually quoted me one monthly price and then changed the amount, which does not even appear on the contract. They threatened to report ,me to the credit bureau but they have to sue me because that is the only way they will get another dime from me. They are liars and thieves.
