Warning ! Do not use this company ! To begin with the cars they use are not what i consider to be even close to road worthy ! I tried to give the benefit of the doubt and used this company twice. The first time the car broke down on the way to the airport causing me to miss my flight. They claimed they were gonna give a credit on my next booking. The next time i needed to have the police involved because they did not honor the credit i was promised ! This is just the beginning ! They pose as a livery company but actually run a cab service out of the wyndham hotel in andover, mass on river road illegally and are under current investigation by the authorities not only in that town but in methuen, north andover, and lawrence and by the boston police dept for illegally taking hails from people walking in the street. This is a very shady company. Everything i have mentioned above can be verified online also. Just look at all the complaints this company has online already. They claim people make reservations for pick ups but when you call their local number it rings in new hampshire in derry and then its dispatched to a car in andover and nobody knows the better. Call the andover police and ask about bellmore transportation running a cab service in their town. You will find everything i learned about this company to be true. Use at your own risk ! Use my disadvantage to your own.
Unfortunately with freedom of speech, comes the price for vengeance from disgruntled ex employees by the posting of vicious slander and untruths to ruin the reputation of a business/former employers. These individuals are ignorant and cowards. If these complaints were truly legitmate, they would want the situation resolved. The the best way of resolving a customer complaint with a business, would be to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau or the Attorney Gerneral's Office. It is very easy to post derogatory comments and untruths using a screen name. It is a coward, who must hide under a screen name to make a point. If I was dissatisfied with a business, I would file complaints with the above listed as well as leave my name and phone number for all to see, not hide behind phony screen names. As you can see from all the previous false complaints, this cowardly individual cuts and pastes several of the same remarks over and over again, using different screen names. He/she is truly unknowledgeable of what he/she is talking about. My suggestion to this individual would be to go into counseling and to go on with your life. You might think you are hurting businesses with your untruths, however, you are only self destructing from your obvious hatred. The customers of the business you mention are well aware of the excellent service(s) provided and can check out the situation with legitimate organizations.
I was driving on hampshire st lawrence ma today and a bellsmore car blew threw a stop sign right in front of me not even looking almost hit me i blew my horn at them and they gave me the finger and proceeded on their way plate number was bmore27 it looked like a woman driver. You people need to get better drivers because your gonna get a big lawsuit on your hands what kind of company are u running here
The cars at Bellmore's Transporation are all road worthy. They are all current on their inspections and are checked daily to assure the safety of their clients. Bellmore's is not operating as a cab company. They are legally registered as a livery company. They are also not running a service out of the Wyndham Hotel. They do daily business there for surrounding companies that fly in executives to visit. As for the car running through the stop sign and flipping you off... I would call Bellmore's Directly and report it.
IN LONDONDERRY NH TODAY 2/27/15 AT ABOUT 5:15 WHEN A BELLMORE'S CAR TURNED ON TO A ROAD WHERE AS THE FAT GRAY HAIR JERK MADE TO SHARP OF A TURN, I WAS PULLING ON TO A ROAD MAKING A LEFT TURN WHEN HE WAS TURNNG ON TO THE ROAD THAT I WAS COMING OUT OF AND TOOK TO SHARP OF A TURN AND WAS IN MY LANE OR MY SIDE OF THE ROAD HE STOPS THE CAR AND GIVES ME A GESTER SO I GIVE ONE BACK, HE OPENS HIS DOOR AND START YELLING PROFANITY AT ME SO I START YELLING BACK USING THE SAME LANGUAGE AS HIM, HE IS SUPPOSE TO BE REPRESENTING YOUR COMPANY AND HE SPEAKS LIKE THAT IT'S NO WONDER YOU HAVE ALL THESE COMPLAINTS ABOUT YOU, AND THE WAY HE SPOKE TO A WOMEN WITH A CHILD IN THE CAR, I CAN IMANGINE HOW HE SPEAKS AND TREATS WOMEN, HE KNOWS WHO HE IS TELL HIM TO GET A REAL JOB AND ACT LIKE A MAN AND NOT A RUDE JERK, WHO PROBALY THE ONLY PEOPLE HE CAN PICK ON ARE WOMEN BECAUSE IF IT WAS A MAN HE DID IT TO HE WOULD OF GOT OUT OF THE CAR AND CRACKED HIM UPSIDE HIS HEAD. I WILL NEVER USE YOUR SERVICE AND I AM GOING TO MAKE SURE I LET ALL MY FREINDS KNOW SO THAT THEY DON'T HAVE THE SAME ENCOUNTER AND GET STUCK DRIVING WITH A LITTLE NO BRAIN WANNA BE DRIVER WHO CAN'T GET A REAL JOB
The complaint I have towards Bellmore is that every time I have an approved pt-1 that is for them they either say it doesn't exist or they always get my address wrong in some way no matter how many times I call and try to fix it. I recently left the hospital and they were supposed to take me to an outpatient today in Peabody, I called, and they said that it wasn't approved when it was already approved before I left the hospital. They obviously have no idea how to do their jobs the correct way. I could probably do their jobs better than they can and I'm only 20. I honestly feel my IQ level dropping every time I call them or Cape Ann because nobody knows how to get their crap together and do what they are supposed to, to be able to run smoothly. They have cancelled my ride before even after they dropped me off at the place they have dropped me off at for weeks and screwed up my ride home saying that I cancelled it when in all actuality I never cancelled it, they screwed up. The attitude I get from most of the employees over the phone when I call to check up on something is horrendous and they always blame me when something doesn't go right on their end and said I should have called other places when I repetitively say I called them already. They treat me like I'm dumb and don't know what I'm doing and I honestly don't appreciate that and I'm sure neither does anyone else.
