Please read!... Refund please!

Currently, I am a very stressed-out college student. I would like to say it was just because of homework and studying, but unfortunately, I can not, it is because of you and your company policy.

I have spent the last hour and a half contacting your customer service, and yes, they did their job and informed me that once the charge has been made, it is final. I think that is very fraudulent because when someone like me gets their information stolen (card, email, phone, etc.), they still have to pay for whatever it is your site does. I don't even know what I am being charged for, but yet, I am still the one that has to pay for it. Yes, it will have all of my information on the website and will make it look like yes, I signed up for it. I can tell you for a fact, 100%, that is not me. I did not sign up for any of this! Please help me!

I am hoping you can be a little more helpful and compassionate than that mean lady that I was talking to. Please give me a refund. Here are the facts:

I am a college student who is also an athlete, so I am very busy.

I have never been to your site, and I probably would've never heard of it, unless something like this happened. Which it did!

Yes, my information is on there! It is not me!

No, I did not authorize any of it!

You charged me almost $40, of money that I barely have!

My bank account is down to $10.50, because of this!

Your phone operators are very rude.

I don't spend money willy-nilly. I can't afford to. Especially now...

I don't have a car. I don't have a job, so it's not like I can just get my money back.

I work hard in everything I do!

I will fight until I get my money back because this is not right!

Please help me! Please give me a refund! Please, I am begging you! That is a lot of money, and I don't spend a lot of money. I use that money for food, clothing, books, etc., and because some creep took my info, and signed up for your website membership, I have to pay for it! Can you please make an exception and give me a refund? I mean, my information got taken! It's bad enough I have to cancel and close everything! Please!

Please! I am on my knees, bowing down, with a cherry on top begging you! Please make an exception. I really need my money back! Please help me!
