I bought a packet of Benson and Hedges Blue and there was one cigarette ripped! I know it's only one but they are expensive to waste even one, I bought them at my local shop on Monday, I don't smoke much so as I had 4 or 5 in the pack I took it out and one was ripped, I've made this complaint as I am a low income household and I don't believe big companies should ignore people like me just because my complaint wasn't good enough! I have proof of where I bought them from and also I have it on my card, I'm absolutely disgusted that you said my complaint wasn't good enough it wouldn't be looked at, I will go on and take it further if I don't get a better email than the last one
Desired outcome: Would like a reply to my complaint and obviously an apology of some sort and a refund !!!! l,if every person done it when they had a ripped cigarette what would you do then? Absolutely disgusting company
