People, be careful and avoid the company Best Vacations Ever. I decided to order vacation package from them, but it was horrible experience. I paid about $500 and waited for any info, but these scammers decided to fool me. They took money and stopped to reply. I claimed for refund, but I heard nothing from them. Maybe someone has any ideas how to return money back, please contact me then or leave a comment. Thanks.

I am trying to get a refund for my 90 year old father who bought a vacation package 2/10/2014
He didn’t tell us, then lost the paperwork, which we found in July of 2015. I wrote to the compliance department to get a refund which included a letter from his doctor stating he was unable physically or mentally to travel. The request was denied and vacation was extended a year.
I wrote a second letter saying his health is not going to improve and that he should have NEVER been sold this vacation as he meets NONE of the criteria as set out in your fine print. I sent the letter registered mail and have gotten NO RESPONSE. HE SHOULD NOT HAVE TO GIVE AWAY a $972 trip. He is retired and has a fixed income.

I planned a trip with best vacation ever in March 6th of 2023, bday I had to cancel it. I did that March 22nd I told them I want a refund. I'm still waiting for my money. I've been calling, emailing and texting and still no response back. It's now April 17, 2023. Reframe from using them.
