Bhawani Enterprises review: hair order wrong 1

I placed an order of bulk human hair from this company and wired them the funds. I ordered 19-22 and 23-26 inch single drawn bulk hair. What this means is that for the 19-22 inch bundle I should have received hairs ranging from 19-22 inches in length and hairs ranging from 23-26 inches in length which the longest hair in the 19-22 inch bundle measuring 22 inches and the longest hair in the 23-26 inch bundle measuring 26 inches. What I received for my 19-22 in was the longest hair measuring 19 inches and the longest hair measuring 23 inches in my 23-26 inch bundles. So basically i did not receive what I paid for. What I paid for was 400g of bulk 19-22inch hair and 400g of bulk 23-26 hair and what I received was 400g of bulk 18-20 hair (instead of and 20-22 and 400g bulk 20-22inch (instead of 23-26). When I immediately notified the seller he told me that you lose a few inches from the weft. This is true but I ordered bulk and not weft.I told him it was. It wefter it was bulk. He then told me that was true for bulk and weft which is a lie. I have been importing hair for 15 years and I know when someone is trying to pull a fast one. He told me in a BULK order if you order 19-22 inch hair you will receive 16, 17, 18, 19, or 20 inch hair which is a LIE. I have ordered 19-22 inch hair in bulk and always received hairs varying in lengths on ONE BUNDLE between 19-22 inches with the finished length reaching 22in once stretched out. When the hair is wefted you lose 2-3 inches so he is lying. I am requesting he send me what I ordered and pay for shipping for this incorrect order to be sent back. He has not done anything to provide a solution so he basically took my money and ran. The photo is supposed to be 26 inches in length.. you be the judge
