Big Christmas Expo review: Refund of full booth fee of $200

I signed for the Big Christmas Expo lady June & was guaranteed 1500 shoppers, the day of the event I was put in a blocked off conference room on the 2nd floor with 8 other vendors & two vendors had the exact same products that I had, I brought this to their attention & was blown off, per messages thru fb they blamed me for no sales, not themselves: it’s my fault that less than 50 shoppers cake thru our conference room, the few shoppers that came thru told us vendors that they had no idea there was more booths on the 2nd floor, they went looking for a bathroom. I requested my booth fee of $200 refunded to me & this time they bashed me as a disabled person & as a small business owner, they will not take any responsibility for their mistakes, they are continuing to blame me for lack of sales, when it’s not my fault how many people didn’t show up to pay $10 to get into the event just to shop….
