I ordered one bottle of Keto Gummy from Bio-Lyfe on August 16th. The promotion was buy one get one free. The amount of one bottle was $65.00 with free shipping. I received a confirmation that same day with a charge of $129.99 for two bottles. I called [protected] immediately and no one answered. I left a message and called again on the morning of September 17th. The gentleman said they would not cancel the order and said I would be charged for two bottles. I called my credit card company right away to dispute the charge. That dispute was put into effect today, September 22, 2022. Bio-Lye sent a subsequent emailstating that all future billing had been cancelled and my order for Bio-Lyfe for two bottles was cancelled. Order 393B6A6B65. On September 21,2022 the amount of $129.99 was posted as a charge to my credit card. They never cancelled the order. Out of curiosity, I tried to go on their website yesterday, and McAfee stated the site as suspicious and was phishing. Microsoft sent the same warning. I called the company again with no response.

same issue here. Called and emailed. NO response. Had to cancel my credit card! Buyer beware. This is a scam!
Bought Lions Mane Extract and Neuro Boost, Worked like a charm. Did not realize I had signed up for automatic refills. First refill came as "KETO + ACV Gummies." Not what I ordered! Called customer service and got a $100 refund. OK! A month later another 5 bottles of "KETO + ACV" showed up. Called customer service who said it was the same thing. I was weak and accepted it. But, The list of ingredients on Lions Mane Extract is just that, nothing more; and the KETO + ACV list is very long and no mention of Lions Mane. Lions Mane and neuro Boost helped my health. KETO + ACV is sold for weight loss programs. This is my health! No substitutes! I cancelled my future orders, and their cancellation stated that my order for Lions Mane Extract would receive no more charges. Then I received another order and charges. That 15 makes 15 bottles for $600., $100 has been refunded. I called a fourth time asking for a manager, and waited, to be told that he (she) was in a meeting and would call back within 48 hours.
I’ve had similar issues: called to cancel with no satisfaction, disputed charges only to have subsequent charges made etc. I’m going to have to cancel my credit card and replace the number in order to get these charges to stop.
Ditto much of the above. They advertise a 30-day money back guarantee but will only refund you for unopened product. I did the buy 3 get 2 - so I got 5 bottles + by accident 2 bottles of detos for $259.99. I immediately called to cancel the detox and was told it was too late but they did give me a 30% refund which covered the detox. Okay I thought that was cool and my total paid was $181.99. But wait... Used 1 bottle in the 30-day window and it did NOTHING, in fact I gained a couple pounds. I was surprised there was a phone number on the emailed receipt so I called and that's when I learned the guarantee is misrepresented. I did return 4 bottles (both detox were open to non-refundable) and when I called to follow up on the refund was told at that time (no time prior to that) there was a $10 per bottle restock fee. My refund was going to be like $112 - $40 for the restock. I asked why I was not getting $160 for the 4 bottles and they said you already were refunded 30% for those (recall, I was told the 30% refund was for the detox, not applied to the entire order). I then argued that there was no disclosure about the restock fee. They would not do anything about that and kept given me circular arguments. Finally to shut me up they offered to knock 50% off the restock fee giving me a total of about $92. I was tired of fighting with them so I took it. I just wanted to be done after several phone calls to follow up the refund that took about 3 hours out of my life. So in total I spent $90 + $11 to ship them back. Never again. I feel so embarrassed because I should have known better.
The product is a scam. The 30-day money back guarantee is scam. Customer service is a joke. There are hidden fees (restocking) on all returns. And of courses the customer service is a 3rd-party and not the actual company selling this crap.
They are a huge scam and it is a lie that they are guaranteed. They gave only a small portion of a refund. They taste terrible and do absolutely nothing that I can tell about. Scam alert, stay away! I wish there was a place on their site to leave this comment but of course they will not allow that. They put their own reviews and they are always positive. They use movie stars and political people to make them look great but it is all a huge scam. Lesson learned! I would appreciate any help but they will say they did as they promised but it is a hoax!
Similar issue here. Ordered special of 2 bottles for $89.99. Was billed $199.98
No response when I tried to contact customer support.
One month later I received another shipment and was billed $199.98 again
Disputed with CC.

I'm having the same problem with this company. I ordered just 2 and I keep getting more every couple of months.
Total scam of a product and customer service save yourself money and aggravation products do nothing for you and you will get automatic refills and charges and even if you don't want it and send a complete order back you will only get a partial refund so again save yourself the money and headache
This company provides horrible customer service. I wanted to return shipment 2 of the subscription because the product does not work for me. I paid $129.99 for two bottles and the rep, Sicone (sp?) offered me $35. I said no I wanted to return the product for a full refund. She said I signed the contract for a subscription but then offered me $69 as a refund. I still refused and said I want to return it for a full refund. Again she advised me about what I signed up for and would have to send it back for the refund, again stating even though I agreed to the subscription. I am going to send the product back and dispute with my credit card as I am sure I won't see a refund. Chalk this experience up to poor judgment.
