birla mattress review: Regarding the quality of mattress we bought in feb '2016

This is regarding the quality of mattress that was bought in feb'16 from Jitender Kukreja([protected]), M/S KUKREJA FOAM, ignou road saidulajab, Near Vidya Sagar Hospital New delhi that matrress is depress from the centre and now they givin the severe back ache isuue the company name is BIRLA ORTHOPEDIC MATTRESS, several times we told to Mr. Jitender, first we complain in April'16 thn he send the company executive to check and he denied to replace the product. as product is used by old couple my parents, how could he denied to replace, and now Mr jitender also denied to help and say company will help you. please suggest what should we do i am a daughter, what the fault of my parents.
