Bitcoin Merch review: No service provided during paid repair

Dont buy from bitcoin merch. They are a poorly priced company thats overpriced. The only item of interest was the mars lander. My item only last approximately 1 year before beconing inoperable and needing a repair...
I purchased a mars lander and it stopped working about a year later.
I was asked to send it in for repairs. I was responsible for the cost and shipping.
I paid for the shipping and was later invoiced. After payment, Bitcoin Merch sent me my Mars Lander back in the same condition, inoperable.

I've been attempting reach out now for months. They always tell me a supervisor or someone from their technical team will call me back but they never do... I've attempted reaching out through their website, email and phone. Everytime I have to start from the beginning and repeat myself. I've gotten no where. I hope no one falls into this trap gets robbed like I do, regardless of what youtube influencer promotes it.
