Blairsville PA review: Bathroom stall

Had to use your restroom and there was ten sheets of toilet paper and three empty rolls. This clearly was not the neglect of the last shift but multiple shifts. I'm thankful that there was a little bit of paper because if there were not I would have been very upset. Trash can cans were full as well. If you can't take care of the small things how can you take care of the big things.
The MOD took care of this immediately but it never should have gotten to this point. Thanks
