A month has gone by since I ordered this, and since my payment was charged -- but still no product. WORSE, though, is that there is no number to call to get an answer about it, and the 'customer service' email they give you is useless because nobody ever responds. I've emailed them twice and it is as if my notes have gone into a black hole...

I ordered the Blemish-free spray can on June 1st. Ten days later, you sent an email without subject and told me you just shipped the product. I didn't complain about the late shipment.

I finally received your product at night on June 14th. On June 15th, I started to try your product on my skin by following your online instruction. Waited for two days, nothing happened. I sent you an email on June 16th for assistance. You told me to increase the treatment time to 13 seconds, which I did. Still nothing happened.

Although you kept telling me your product works. But that's not the case with me. I have also tried it again on two other spots from different areas including my face, it didn't nothing at all! I have felt that your emails have been not helpful and in fact rude each time when you responded to my questions. I give up on your product already. Please send me authorization and product return instruction immediately.

On your website, you stated " Can I get a refund?
Yes. Within the first 30 days, simply e-mail us at blemishfree@hushmail.com for return authorization and mailing instructions. We will refund the full purchase price if the product is not effective on your skin type".

I have sent you a couple emails already to inform you the product did NOT work on me and I'd like to get refund. You responded with nasty emails. So I told you if you kept sending me nasty emails, I'd post them on the Complaint Board. I noticed you have stopped those nasty email. But you have not sending the return instruction yet. When do I expect to get my refund?

Ni,

Freeze therapy has been approved by the FDA. When skin is frozen it ALWAYS turns brown. You are the ONLY CUSTOMER to write me that claims your skin did not turn brown. This is quite impossible. And we have over 7000 satisfied customers. I have worked with your treatments but you still maintain no matter how long the product is on your skin it never turned brown.
This is like you getting a hair cut then claiming no hair was cut. I don't know what game you are playing but your claim is quite impossible.
I have agreed to give you a refund. Return the kit for a full refund.

If I am the ONLY customer who says your product does not work, you shouldn't be feeling so sour when I asked for refund.

If I get a hair cut and I see the difference, I know indeed, the hair dresser did his job. If my hair looks the same after I had a hair cut, the hair dresser either didn't do his job or is a BAD one. I'll ask for refund as well.

I did not say you are the only person to ask for a refund. About 2% of our customers have a rare skin type and when frozen the treatment turns brown and does not heal. First we tell them how to remove the brown spot then we give them a refund.
I said you are the ONLY customer to ever write me and say your treatment did not turn brown. This is impossible.

The other one I just tore off now, I doubt it will scab and scar like the other one because by this time the skin beneath has regenerated I think and it didn't hurt, can someone confirm this? The other one I am going to be patient with. I am confident it will be gone soon. I made a number of mistakes during this application though that I am warning others about, I didn't and couldn't use the focus tube because this is my left arm I am talking about and I needed an arm to hold the focus tube and another to spray. So I am warning you that if you are treating a blemish on a part of your body you can't reach with both arms then get somebody to help you. I just grabbed the can and sprayed and I ended up with what the doctor is calling second degree burns, he says they'll fade since they are not 3rd degree but my arm still looks like a blotchy mess. So if the second and third moles don't scab and scar and the burns fade then I will be a very happy customer. Because the moles are wearing away.

We tell all our customers not to just spray the product on their body without using a focus tube. That type of treatment will take longer to heal but it will heal completely. Our product will not leave a scar.
You can securely tape a focus tube to the side of a table. Then you can place your left arm under the focus tube and treat your left arm.

I checked our correspondence and I sent you twelve emails trying to assist you. You claim your treatment never turned brown. Of course with freeze therapy this is quite impossible. Even in light of this I have processed your refund. Please allow two weeks for this to show on your statement.

All you folks that are having issues with blotches after using the product are just not following procedures. I know what you are talking about, because I made the same mistakes myself. I also made the mistakes on an area of my body that is covered so I would not have something showing on my face if I did not do things correctly. This warning is brought out in the instructions, and it is there for a reason. The product works perfectly just as advertised when used as directed.
Yes, some folks skins will not react the same, especially dark skin.
The biggest mistake that is made is NOT protecting the skin around the blemish. You must use the proper size tube and hold it tight on the blemish so spray does not get on raw skin. This is why you need to practice on a spot on your body that is not so critical. Put plenty of protection around the blemish even inches around it, then hold the tube tightly against the blemish, and spray the specified time or less. It is better to underspray than to overspray. You can always spray a little more, as the instructions tell you. If you do overspray raw skin and it blisters it will get better. You must just give it time. This product has done so much for so many and it is just not right to catagorically say it does not work just because your skin reacts differently or you are NOT following directions. I am so greatful for Blemish-Free and it has made me feel, and look so much younger since it has removed the age spots from my face. Don't let your anger influence your using this product. I will tell you I was angry at first too, because I did not follow directions. Once I started using the product as I was suppose to, I was totally amazed at how wonderful it works.

You don't know what you're talking about. This is freeze therapy just like the liquid nitrogen dermatologists use only our product is safer and easier to use.
We have over 7000 satisfied customers and have been in business for over six years. You don't stay in business that long if you rip people off. First I need to confirm that you are a customer of ours. Then we will deal with you slanderous post.

I am sorry you did not read the instructions. We have all our customers test our product on their hip first. Only when that test treatment heals and blends do you know it is safe to use the product.
Unfortunately, I am sorry to say you did not follow the directions and you applies the product without the test treatment.
About 2% of all our customers have a skin type that takes months to heal. And while it will heal in time it take longer than normal skin. We have a treatment to remove the redness. If you had tested the product you would have known your skin takes a long time to heal and you would have never used the product all over your body.

LOL. Firstly I was a customer once therefore no need to personally email you. Also when did I say I tested the product all over my body? I used the product once and it has never healed properly been 4 MONTHS!

Funny that, when I used to email you, took ages to reply and with little information that I needed

Also receieving your kit takes way longer than advertising, you really need to atleast update your website and stop lieing about stuff.

You need to email me so I can verify you are one of our customers. You have not done that. What is your name?
You said "This gives you massive red patches on your skin and will take months and I mean at least 3 months to heal and if you over spray the product you are doomed!" So you have red patches all over your body? Why didn't you follow the instructions?
I answer every email. We get 5000 spam emails a day. This why we tell all our customer is you don't hear from us with in 24 hours please email us again.

You are a fraud. You do not identify yourself. You have not followed the instructions and you post slanderous remarks about our product.
First you say you have red spots all over your body. Then you try to hide your mistake by saying that you used the product once all over your body...you are not supposed to use the product all over your body. You are supposed to test the product on one spot on your hip.
You complain of red spots all over your body. Why did you do that? The instructions clearly say to test on your hip.
Your statements are misleading and slanderous. If you sincerely believe you have a case tell me your name and we will investigate.

Everyone reading this thread needs to know. This poster did not follow our instructions. She did not test before applying the product."all over her body"
We tell all our customers to test firts. Unfortunately, when they do not follow the instructions 2% take longer to heal than others. These people post on this board.
You need to consider the 2% verses the 98% of satisfied customers when considering our fantastic product. Please write to Charline if you have any questions or concerns. We have a great produce.

Ok I still can not verify who you are or if you ever purchased a kit. So your comment are meaningless.

The previous post is typical of the people who post here. There are two possibilities.

1. There are one of our competitors and only want to slander us

2. They are one of our customers who did not follow the directions

If you follow our directions it is impossible to have spots all over your body. We have all our customers test our product on their hip first!

The customers who don't follow the directions post here. We are sorry your treatment are taking longer to heal than normal skin. But rest assured they will heal in time.
NOTHING YOU DO TO YOUR SELF WITH OUR PRODUCT IS EVER PERMANENT EXCEPT THE REMOVAL OF BLEMISHES.

A fraud? Lol seriously grow up. I like how you have to reply on here 4 times to try to defend yourself so much, must be threatened or something. When did I say I sprayed it all over my body? I said it GIVES you red patches all over your body if you are going to keep using it. I used it once - Massive Red Patch because of the poor focus tubes. Need to read more carefully. Therefore it I kept using it what my skin wouldn't go red? It's a poor product.

You need to consider the 2% verses the 98% of satisfied customers when considering our fantastic product.

Your words are worthless because we can't verify that you ever purchased a kit from us.
Save your picture. Without verification that you even purchased a kit from any picture of a red spot could be made by anything.
Look looser...we tell all our customers that a treatment that is red simply means you have not healed yet. A small percentage of our customers take months to heal. That's may be you. If it is you will never return to update your post to tell people that you healed and blended. We go through this all the time with people who don't follow the directions.

See customers be aware you annoy this person and she starts getting annoyed, poor customer service I believe. Be prepared if you have problems with the product and you complain/ask for refund that she will get aggy and give you poor customer service and short email replies.

We have excellent customer service when we can verify you are a customer. I have no idea that you are a customer.
We tell all our customers that 2% of them have a skin type that just takes longer to heal than others. Red treatment ALWAYS heal. It may take longer that's all.
So put up any picture you want.

You are a sad individual. You tell people they will have red spots all over their body when this is not true. If you test our product you can never experience this. Most all treatments heal in 7-10 days. So you are misleading everyone.
We told you before you used the product that a small percentage of our customers will take longer to heal due to their skin types. Yet you decided to use our product. Then when it turns out you are part of that percentage you came here and complained. You even called our condemned our company as frauds.
You just can't please some people.
I answer all email in the same day. However, some emails go to our spam filter. We receive 5000 spam emails a day. I don't have time to go through all those emails. That's why we tell all our customers if they don't hear from us please email us again.
I don't have to defend our product. There is no other product that will remove freckle, moles, age spots as well as Blemish Free.
Of course the people who are among the 2% with sensitive skin post here. We have over 7000 satisfied customers. If there were a "support board" we would have thousands of posts.

I have used blemish free 7 to 8 months ago, it has removed my freckle and moles and a wart. I do have a slight pinkish spot thats almost the colour of my skin and a slight brown ring around that area still after 7-8 months. It does work but in my experience is not perfect.

Thank you for telling people the product has worked for you. If you had written me I would have given you this advice months ago. Use an over the counter dermabrasion to remove brown ring and pinkish spot.
Most skin types heal in two weeks. However, some customers take longer. Of course we don't know the skin type of the customers we send our kits to. So communication is important.

Hi charlene,
I have tried emailing you but have not heard back in over a weak so I will resort to trying to get some customer service on a company complaints board :( ...

I am also having a problem with the product leaving a brown/red spot on the skin after significant time has passed after the treatment and the sab has fallen off. You have suggested below to get dermabrasion kit, is this the same as a microdermabrasion kit? Do these treatments remove the scaring immediatly or is their a healing time?

I answer all emails. Please check your spam filter. 2% of all our customers have a rare skin type and don't benefit from freeze therapy. This is why we have all our customers test our product on their hip first. I assume this is what you have done.
Yes a microdermabrasion kit will remove your spot. The brown skin cells are only a few cells deep.
If your spot is brown for three weeks please return the kit (I will give you the return address) and give you a full refund.

I have been looking at your product and wondering if there is any possibility of permanent scar or damage.
i have freckles on my chest and arms and have been looking for ways to get rid of them and so far your product looks like the best. but if there is a risk of a permanent scar i don't want to take the risk.

i was looking at this product and am wondering if there is a risk of permanent scarring or damage to skin.
I have freckles on my chest and i am self conscius about taking my shirt off while swimming and have been looking for ways to get rid off them and i found your product and it seems good but if there is a risk of permanent scarring i don't want to risk it. Please reply.

RyanJC...Freeze therapy has been used by dermotologists for over 20 years. We have all our customers test our product on their hip to make sure they heal and blend properly before they ever use it on their face.
