A month has gone by since I ordered this, and since my payment was charged -- but still no product. WORSE, though, is that there is no number to call to get an answer about it, and the 'customer service' email they give you is useless because nobody ever responds. I've emailed them twice and it is as if my notes have gone into a black hole...

Charlene, are you a dermatologist or just in the business of being dishonest and enjoy ripping people off that do not happen to not like your product. It does not matter how long you have been in business. You do not know how your product will effect everyone who tries it or can you possibly know how they have applied it on their skin. If a customer says it does not work on their skin type you should honor your "30 day money back guarantee" like you state on your web site with out questioning them and accusing them of fraud like you have me. Or remove your guarantee offer. Oh wait! that might bring down your sales though... BUYER BEWARE!

Buyer beware? are you serious? Our product was developed by a dermatologist and a chemist. If you follow our directions you will have not problems. Our guarantee is very clear...If our product does not work for your skin type we will refund your money..Its very simple...
If you do not write to me at blemishfree@hushmail.com then I ca not believe you are a customer and there is every chance you are just posting go trash our great product.

Charlene, Please...Give me a break! Don't try to make it sound like you haven't heard from me before. I have emailed you multiple times @ blemishfree@hushmail.com asking you to provide an address so I can send your product back for a refund and you have repeatedly refused to do so. You have even threatened turn me over to your lawyer because I have refused to send you proof the product does not work for my skin type. So please don't try to make it sound like I have not contacted you @ blemishfree@hushmail.com. I have all the emails I sent you and all your replys. You know darn well I am one of your customers that got suckered into buying your product and not just someone who is posting trash about your so called great product. Maybe it has worked for others but it didn't for me. I did not appreciate you threatening me or saying I was trying to commit fraud. I am not posting trash about your product and the lousy customer service I have received from you, it's just simply the truth and you know it.

hi, charlene. please do not mistake that i am your competitor. I am actually your customer, i did wrote to you on email and i do not care about the refund now.

can you tell me what kind of spray is this? Is this just a regular cold spray? or does the cold spray has other chemical on it?
Is it natural ingredient? If not so, what kind of chemical ingredient does it have? 
since i don't see any label of ingredient on it, is it harmful to the body?
Since it leaves a brownish mark, the marks will eventually go away, right?
is there any treatment for the brownish mark so it will go away as soon as possible? thanks.

We have developed a specially formulated freeze spray with an antibiotic. The formula is proprietary. Nothing you do to your body with our product is ever permanent. It all depends on how fast you heal. Treatments to the legs always take longer to heal. You can always us an over the counter chemical peel if you don't want to wait for your body to heal.
Seriously...we have sole over 8000 kits..do you honestly think our product does not work? We have had customers remove twenty seven moles...and countless freckles...

Hi Charlene!

I regret that I didn't come back here sooner to see the offer for expediting; I already expected a long wait anyway, so it's no real biggie. Anyway, I did place my order and the money was taken out 11/10/10 from my bank account. I figure I'm probably in for another two weeks and will probably get the package right around Christmas! I will send you an email just to make sure everything is okay with the transaction if that's okay? I have fair skin and am really hoping/praying I don't have this rare skin type that keeps getting mentioned.

I finally received your email on 1st Dec after i posted few posts here. Replied from Justin the kits will be sent out in these few days. It is already a week and more! I have not receive any next email saying the kit is sent. Btw, as a customer we do not care your internal issue about moving of distribution centre. We just pay and hoping to get the right product ON TIME. That's it! Refund me if you can't send me the kit. I'm very frustrated in your waiting time.

well Sylvia me too i bought from blemish free on october 13 and until now i didn't receive anything and Charlene is completely ignoring my emails..they charged me $169 and yet nothing she replied saying i have no order with them 3months now i'm still waiting.. it happens that i'm overseas and i was busy no time to follow up but i'm willing to follow up my way after the holidays Merry Christmas everyone

To all our customers,

I have sent this many times, there are 3 or4 percent of our customers who don't respond to freeze therapy...ask any dermatologist...we refund these peoples money...we get some bad addresses..we can't send a kit with a bad address...We get some people who do not apply to product correctly. all these people need to do is contact me...we get many people who are competitors who try to tell lies about us..these people are only interested n boosting their own sales...
If you have not received your kit please write to me and I will investigate...I am here to assist all of of our customers..

I tested on my hip and after a week it faded so I used it on the dark spots on my face. BIG MISTAKE!
It made the dark spots even DARKER. I used the focus tube as directed and it did not scab or fall off. It burned and was a little painful (nothing terrible - felt like nitrogen burn). It just got darker and it's been over a month. I had to go to my dermatologist to have the dark spots lasered off.
I'm guessing Charlene will say I have that "rare" skin type that turns darker but after testing it on my hip and that area faded I thought it was okay to use on my face. I have to go back to my dermatologist for 4 more treatments to get me back to where I started. I have asian skin type so if you are of asian decent, I do not recommend this product. It may work on very fair skin type but on asian skin type it will get darker.

You have the same skin type all over your body..So if your hip healed and blended then your face will do the same. You did not write me for advice...I would have helped you...this is typical of the posts here...we can assist any customer only if they write me...ALL DERMATOLOGISTS HATE US! because we take business away from them. We have the most effective blemish removal product you can buy.

I ordered Blemish Free on November 10th - it's now January 3rd and it still hasn't arrived!

I emailed Charlene on Dec 10th and got a response saying "Hello,
We have received your order. Thank you. We were forced to move our distribution center to another state. We now have limited shipping capability. I have placed a priority on your delivery. Your kit will ship in the next few days. I apologize for the delay.
Charlene"

I waited a few days but when I still hadn't received it on Dec 20th I emailed emailed again but just got an autoresponse with no reply. I gave them the benefit of the doubt thinking shipping might be busy around Xmas but it is now nearly 2 months on so I have pretty much accepted that it will not arrive and that I have been robbed of my $109.

I am really disappointed as I really wanted to try the product.

Charlene - is there any reason why I haven't received the product? Can you look into this for me?

Hi,
I placed an order on the 23rd of November, 2010 and I still haven't received the product. I've sent 2 emails (albeit very recently) but haven't yet had a response. I wouldn't have been at all concerned if it had taken a month for me to receive this product but it's now well over a month and what concerns me is the lack of communication from the company. It seems that I'm not the only customer in this position and, to be blunt, I'm worried that I've been scammed. The lack of a phone number for the company should have been a red flag. Not disclosing the ingredients should have been a red flag. Not keeping customers up to date on the status of their order is an even bigger red flag.
Not to mention that on their website they state they in Seychelles yet on this board they state they are in Panama city. http://www.blemish-free.com/FAQ%27s.html
Perhaps further investigation of this company is required?

I don't exactly understand... even if it is only three percent of individuals who have issues with the spray, why not include steps on how to correct this in the instructions listed on the website? It seems that I am in the '3%', but if I can get rid of both the blemish and the brown marks, I wouldn't necessarily want to return the product.

Can't you just add the information to your website somewhere? It might now be a bad idea to update your directions anyways, as the format is a mess in most browsers- leaving them unreadable in sections. You can't attack people for not following directions on the site when many people just won't be able to read them properly.

I also placed an order around Christmas...haven't received my product. I have e-mailed Charlene 4 times and only received one response and that was when I initially bought the product. I'm really hoping that I didn't get ripped of especially when $110 is a lot of money with this economy the way it is. I'm also wondering why they say they are in Australia when the Website says they're located on an island by Africa. Please please please let me know where my package is or refund my money. i paced an order in December and have not received a thing have now cancelled my order however another amount has been taeken from my account. I have cancelled the account. The bank are looking into this theft.
