I have spent over $1,000 on theier secuity home system. I have 4 cameras that have not been working correctly. I have gone through many trouble shooting steps finally after reaching someone. The problem was not rectified but they refused to send replacements or give me my money back. These cameras shouldnt have issues the way they do and its public information that multiple customers have the same issues that I am having with my system. They have not been helpful. And refuse to rectify or reimburse the defective items. My case was sent to their "top supervisor team" over two months ago who was suppose to reach out to me which I still have not heard from yet. I want my money back for what ive purchased since they cant send me replacements.
