I have been a customer with Blue and White taxi for over 20 years. The last two experiences were absolutely horrible. In March I called a taxi, and waited for the taxi to show. After some time passed I called to see how much longer the taxi would be, the operator told me that no taxi was on the way yet. After being told one was on the way, I was very disappointed in the service. I explained that I could have called another company istead of waiting in vain. So I did. The other company came when they said they would. I forgot about this incident but apparently Blue and White taxi did not. I called again for taxi services August 29th after work at approximately 2:05 am after work. They told me a cab was on the way. I called back to see how much longer they would be and they he said 10 more mins that I'm in cue. I waited the ten minutes and got an automated call saying that they have NOT found a driver for me yet. So this seems to be an ongoing issue. Terrible service the operator was rude, would not give me his name and said he owned the company. I will never use this taxi service again. They left me stranded until 3:30am Until a different cab company came. I think Blue and white taxi was trying to punish me for calling a different company the previous time. Please tell your operators that answering the telephone with hello, and being rude to customers is not good business. I had a panic attack, and am very upset with what transpired the last two experiences. I will never use Blue and white taxi and will be VERY cautious with all taxis from now on.
Desired outcome: There is nothng you can do, I just thought I could give some constructive criticism, mind games is NOT PROFESSIONAL.
