Today I tried to contact support at Bluehost.com. I really wanted to contact a human to lodge my complaint. Instead I ended up texting Ambirtha on Bluehosts help centre. All I required was an email address for someone in support so I could make a complaint that about 3 weeks ago I contacted Bluehost [again on the chat line] and advised them that a domain-on my Bluehost account [jg11.com] had some suspicious action and I was certain that it was being "hacked" and asked for their help. last week, it was hacked and as a result I lost access to my credit cards and had to change my account details etc. Bluehost took no action to stop the hack that I was reporting.
Today Ambirtha on Bluehosts help centre told me that it was impossible to contact a human at Bluehost and I could only talk to the chat help line. All I required was an email address where I could express my concern that no action was taken when I reported it to their chat line some days before.
Desired outcome: I want to talk to a human at Bluehost either via email or some other way to express my concerns.I am forced to cancel all my hosting accounts with Bluehost because I can't get to talk to a human.
