Body Solutions unlimited, Inc. They are scammers! CBS News went in with a hidden camera and you can see for yourself. Do NOT go for a free consult. They run your credit and open a credit card in your name. There are so many of us out there. They are disgusting!

Any Complaint you hear about Body Solutions Unlimited who recently changed their name to Smart Laser MD is true. SCAMMERS is not even a just word. They will take your money and not ever treat you, they will make excuses and reschedual your appointment. In the meantime they will spend your money on their biweekly trips to Atlantic City where they blow tens of thousands of dollars and then refuse to give back patients their money. THEY ARE CRIMINALS. They have 36 complaints at the Labor board for unjust treatment of employees and one of thr owners even sexually harrasses the employees. Drug use has also been a speculation of both owners who are engaged. i WORKED THERE, , , AND THEY OWE ME A TON OF MONEY THEY REFUSE TO PAY. CROOKS CROOKS CROOKS. DO NOT GO TO ANY BODY SOLUTIONS OR SMART LASER MD FACILITY. YOU WILL BE BURNED BY UNLICENSED TECHS AND WITLED OUT OF YOUR MONEY! BUYER BEWARE!

Body Solutions of Holbrook and Commack Long Island NY are ruining my credit, my life. I went in for a free consultation, they gave me a piece of paper to sign first, and I did not know what I was signing. Now Chase Health Finance is harrassing me for $2600.00 with an interest rate of 30 %.
The Holbrook facility has closed down, the Commack - on Commack Rd, has changed it's name.
Chase refuses to hear my story, they said it "tough luck, and I should pay up, I should have known what I signed" - Body Solutions employees were very deceiving, and sneaky, I had no idea I was signing away some insane medical line of credit.

I have contacted the District Attorney as well as the NYS attorney General. These criminals will never get away with this.

Back in June 2008, I called Body Solutions to set up an evaluation visit for hyperpigmentation treatment and cellulitis. They suggested some services (Medlite and Velashape)and told me how much the services were going to be. I used my husband's credit with MedChoice, she wrote my monthly payment and had me read and sign the contract. The total would be $9000.I paied 2000 in advance. During summer time up to september I had done few sessions of both treatments and they told me that I would need one more specific laser for cellulitis which would be $11000 total of treatments. They guarantee me complete resolution of my problems. I was paying monthly Med choice bills up.

During months of september I noticed that my legs had many hypopigmented patches and they insisted with more treatments. I suspended all treatments during september and october. I tried to setup an appontment November/08 but none of their phone numbers were working. Well i went down there only to find out they are no longer in business, so now i am stuck paying for something that i barely used (I had 3 sessions of eachin a total of 20 sessions) and We have a contract with Med choice for monthly payments.
How can people get away with this, when a contract is signed it should be held up. I'm trying now to dispute the payments with MedChoice because I will not pay for a service that was not completed. I already filleda complaint on consumeraffair.com andNassau County Consumer Affairs Dept., New York State Attorney Generals Office, New York State Department of Licensing.Hope I will be able to solve this mess!
