BOLT Restoration review: BOLT Restoration is scamming you!! 4

BEFORE DOING BUSINESS WITH BOLT- READ- VERY IMPORTANT.
I am writing this to warn St.Louis area homeowners about a company who appears to be "built on loyalty and trust" but in reality is "built on fabrications and false trust". First things first.. BOLT claims to buy in business since 2005 on there marketing material, Website and to there customer.. however Bolt was not built in 2005.. Matter a fact BOLT restoration is less than 12 months old as of 1/8/2014. "Jon Paramore Development and Construction" was an LLC holding company created in 2005.. Why was this LLC opened you ask? Well Quoted from Mr.Paramore himself Via Startups.co, "looking to open a new club in the downtown or local area. This market is in need of some major originality. I have several contacts in the industry and am also working on a major promotions company." Well it would seem based on research that Mr. Paramore is interested in pouring you Martinis. Moving forward Lets look at BOLT Restorations BBB- A+ right? Awesome.. Well unfortunately they have only been "BBB Accredited since 2/5/2013." Not very hard to Boast an A+ rating with only 11 months in business. Make sure to look at the accreditation link above the rating before jumping to conclusions on a trust worthy company. "built in 2005, but accredited in 2013" Doesn't make any sense.

SOOOOO... The next logical questions would be.. if Bolt Wasn't created until 2013... Where did this company come from and what was the LLC doing since 2005? Well lets look at it from this light.. Jon Paramore, The Managing partner of Bolt and the sole owner of "Paramore Development and Construction".. Since 2005 has been with more than 5 roofing company's and has also filed bankruptcy in Missouri. While Bolt has been "earning your trust" since 2005, Mr. Paramore has been feeding off other roofing company's to provide solely for himself. The reality of leaving a Managing partner position at 5+ roofing company's in that span doesn't add up. Seeing as a managing partners role is to Manage and bring a business to financial and social "success".. Someone being kicked from one company to the next falls short in my book of a true "Managing Partner", Not once.. Not twice.. but 5+ times?

The worst part is all of the lies are directly on there marketing material, There website, Facebook and they will even tell you face to face that they have been in business, roofing here in St.Louis since 2005. The great thing is.. The internet keeps records that can be accessed from the public at all time.. With that being said here are MORE Links to prove FACTS and expose LIES.

1) Here is a complaint board made by many disgruntled customers and employees for "legacy builders USA" Which Jon was somehow the Managing partner in Texas for this company while roofing here in St.Louis.. Magic.

2) Mr. Paramore and His wife Abigail Seem to be quite the modern day bonnie and clyde. Click this LINK below and type in the name Paramore in the search bar. Missouri case net is used to show warrants, Court filings and every documented case that go through our court system. You have every right to see these and should know who you're doing business with. You will see 88 court cases against Jon and his wife.. We are talking about 88 cases in Missouri.. This is not Jons first state he has done this in.. Are these the type of people you want to trust with your money and your home? 88 cases... really?

3) LIke I said above.. Missouri is not the only state Jon has slithered into.. Below you can see a list of a handful of companys that Jon attempted to "consult" but ended up failing and leaving the customers with the bag. The states include Arizona, Mississippi, Florida and Missouri... Magically they all started from [protected].. how convienant because he was doing your neighbors roof here in missouri if you ask him. HAHAHA I hope you pick up what i'm putting down.

4) I will once again repeat myself and post more links proving that Bolts motto "built on loyalty and trust since 2005" is a complete scam. 5) Lets fast forward 7 Months from the rebranding of AGC contracting and find out where Jon was in 2012... Well its not hard to find.. He was at ROOF ONE USA. A great company located in St. Charles. Jon once again got his beloved role of " Senior Vice President " But as you know.. these storys never end well.. 8 months later The owner of the company came to visit Missouri and look into the books, Well in that same day.. Jon decided to send in his resignation to Roof One. Turns out $250, 000 Had vanished from Roof ones bank account. Below I will post 2 links. Which if you look at his experience you will find that Jon has been "working at Bolt " for 8 years and 6 months.. Like how dumb can you be to really think people believe the ### that comes out of your mouth? Grow some balls and let the world know what you really have been doin since 2005.. because we all know its not running Bolt.
