When I first contracted this facility it was owned by another owner. The company was sold to this one, Bolt, a few years ago. No real issues are other than they do not have an onsite person, but my complaint today s that I have been trying to end my contract with them since early September, and they keep changing the rules. They applied different locks to the units I rented (I also manage the units for my mom) then I was delayed in moving the property for several weeks. waiting for direction from Chase (who had previously informed me that I was all set to proceed with the move) then Maxine (after we learned that they changed the locks), then Karen (still working on getting the locks removed). Today, 9/26 I am told I need to pay a $50 dollar charge for them to cut one lock they applied to Unit A4. They tell me that they received word that we lost the key to the lock. I just do not remember this. I just recieved the combination number on a wave they put on another Unit E98. Still waiting for a third unit key combination. This company then charged me $50 dollars, which I paid under protest, as I do not agree with the charge but I am basically being held hostage as they have my property. This is bad business. This company should not be allowed to do this to customers.
