I bought last June a vacation offer package trough Book VIP, the Booking VIP Pass Number 543378 for 5 night and 6 days to Omni Cancun Resort. It is good for 18 months to choose my dates when I want to go, expires on 12/24/2022. The total price advertised was 399, (I meet all the requirements for the price) I have paid 399 plus $16.00 for Hotel Protection plan, total of $415.00. Yesterday I had to scan all the documents showed the 18 months to select your travel dates and emailed to them to proof that. I was on the phone for over 6 hours today, talking with different people, some of them I couldn't understand trying to choose my dates. They told me the price for the package changed to 761.04, I asked what is included in the difference in price, other than the airport to hotel transportation, they did not provide any other explanation. So, before any other information will be given to me, I had to pay the $362.04 right then. On top of this is a charge of $29.95 per night charged from the resort at the time of checking in. This part I understood, and I said OK. I will not agree with the difference in price told me to pai to schedule my dated, the price will be almost double. This was not mentioned in the booking papers they emailed me, that will be extra other charges to pay on the reservation dates other than the resort fees $29.95 per day per room. Now I have to spend another day to sort this mess out? Why? This looks like a scam company, who advertise their vacation packages with a very attractive price, and then when you want to schedule the dates to go it is a different in price.
