This was downloaded in the background, probably associated with an unrelated download of some app. IT IS A VIRUS. If you want to lose eMails, delay getting messages, and do not want support, then you should sign up. They do not publish a phone number (I can only imagine the avalanche of calls they would get from unhappy users), and the customer support is a joke.
This is an annoying, worthless tool that will likely only cause you grief and dismay. if you are a masochist looking for new forms of torture, please feel free to open an account.

Dear Google, a service provider menu called BOX BEE is sitting in my Gmail account and diverting my incoming mail to unnecessary destination or sending worst reply to my clients. I want to remove this from my Gmail Left side menu, but could not. Please make arrangements to remove BOX BEE from my gmail menu list. Expecting your reply at the earliest.
