During my first call with Boxelder Consulting I was very pleased with the honest straight forward info. that I received. Also, instead of trying to take advantage of my situation I was given step by step instruction over the phone on how to fix my situation w/ out coming out of pocket. I would definitely recommend giving them a call to see if they can help! Good honest company!

Mr. Tom, I called this firm to see if they will represent me for my tax issue. However Mr. Tom was amazing he gave me advise without charging me. He was honest and very kind and understanding and he most of all was very honest. I would recommend this firm to anyone I know that is having issues with there taxes because Mr. Tom will give you advise that you need and he will be straight forward. After a very difficult period, I needed to file several years of tax returns, federal and state; personal and business; across bank accounts. These complications lead to long periods of soliciting records from multiple entities in government and business. Boxelder Consulting & Tax Relief were there throughout the process (really an ordeal for them of my own making). They pulled the "all-nighter" to get the filings submitted under sharply imposed deadlines. They delivered the highest quality in time and damn fine price. They know the law and the regs. Their team is solid and responsive from the top down. They now prepare my taxes and I have confidence that I am in good hands . I contacted Boxelder after a family tragedy. Unbeknownst to me, I had missed filing a tax year and paying all of the taxes due. This created a tax liability that I didn’t know about but I certainly owed. It also created about $80K of penalties and interest. I worked with Tom Conradt of Boxelder Consulting. Tom and his team was able to file an appeal and explain my situation. The IRS reviewed my situation and waived my penalties and associated interest on the penalties (I did pay interest on my actual Tax liability). I was thrilled with the outcome. They were great to work with and I would recommend to anyone with or without an issue with the IRS.

Had a far-less-than-stellar experience with Dave, who was extremely responsive before I signed up, then vanished into thin air once he had made some money off me. My 2018 returns were reviewed by 3 different CPAs, and was consistently told they had been done very poorly/incorrectly, and when I tried repeatedly to contact him to get help, no reply. So I am now having to pay to do it all over again. One of the CPAs that reviewed the return stated "whoever did this return should have his license revoked". I ended up overpaying by $20,000 on my 2018 taxes - and the return was so sloppy that even my date of birth was incorrect. RUN, don't walk from this gaggle of dishonest incompetents.

I am so impressed with this company! As a caregiver for my elderly mother, I am responsible for her tax issues. This has been very stressful for me, and I was uncertain about whether she might be eligible for tax settlement and worried about having to spend a lot of money to find out. To my surprise and delight, my initial inquiry call was taken by attorney Tom *** who listened carefully and asked questions.
