Boxycharm Boxycharm: A Nightmare Subscription Service - A Warning to All

This company is a complete joke! I've been trying to cancel my subscription for the last six months, but I keep getting charged again and never receive any boxes! I've been dealing with them for years, and over the past year, I've been charged 12 times and only received 6 boxes of junk. Even after I asked to cancel, they still charged me.

It's impossible to get ahold of them! They don't have a phone number, so you're forced to use their "boxy bot," but you never hear back from them! Or even worse, they give you some generic email 5 days later! They kept all my "charms," which were worth nearly $11 (for writing hundreds of reviews), and they continue to charge me!

Don't even think about subscribing to Boxycharm! They are a complete nightmare! They will scam you, and you will regret it! I've been warning people about them for years, and I hope you listen to me and stay away from them!

Boxycharm Disappointed with Boxycharm: Lack of Personalization and Unwanted Products

So, I decided to give Boxycharm a try after seeing a promotion on another website. I was excited to receive a monthly box of makeup products tailored to my preferences. I provided my coloring details - pale skin, black hair, and blue eyes - and mentioned my favorite makeup colors - smokey shadows, pale foundations, and red lipsticks.

However, my excitement quickly turned into disappointment when I received my first box. The eyeshadows were in rose, peach, and bronze colors, which were not my style at all. To make matters worse, the lip gloss was a disgusting baby pink shade that did not suit me at all. I was so disappointed that I immediately cancelled my subscription.

But, to my surprise, I was charged for the next month's box even though I had cancelled my subscription. I hoped that the next box would have colors that were more my style, but unfortunately, everything was in the same rosy-bronze colors that I had no use for. I was frustrated that the service did not listen to my preferences and continued to send me products that I did not want.

As a customer, I do not want to pay for items that I cannot use, and I do not want to stick with a subscription service that does not listen to my needs. I hope that Boxycharm can improve their service and provide more personalized boxes for their customers in the future.

Boxycharm Disappointing Experience with Boxycharm: Lost Products, Wrong Items, and Poor Customer Service

I recently signed up for Boxycharm, both the regular and premium boxes. Unfortunately, my experience with them has been less than stellar. To start, they lost some of my products during shipping and only offered me store credits as a solution, which was disappointing. Additionally, they often sent me the wrong items, despite my profile indicating that I have fair skin, not dark.

My frustration reached its peak when I purchased a full-size item and received a sample instead. To make matters worse, I ordered a blush in one color, but when it arrived, it was a completely different shade. When I contacted customer support to rectify the situation, they simply told me that the purchase was complete and refused to help me further.

The customer service I received was also quite rude and unhelpful. I had to contact them multiple times because my orders were frequently lost or delayed. It's been a frustrating experience overall, and I cannot recommend Boxycharm due to their poor service.

Boxycharm Boxycharm Review: The Best Beauty Subscription Box Out There!

I've been a subscriber of Boxycharm for two whole years now, and let me tell you, I absolutely adore them! There's just something so thrilling about receiving a brand new box each month, filled to the brim with all sorts of exciting new products. Before I discovered Boxycharm, my beauty collection was pretty sparse - I'm talking barely anything to speak of. But now? Oh boy, I've got so many serums, different face washes, moisturizers, makeup, and EYESHADOW PALLETS that I don't even know what to do with them all! And the best part? All of the products I've received so far have been from higher-end brands that I would never be able to afford on my own. Boxycharm allows me to experience new beauty products every single month, and I couldn't be more grateful for that.

I currently have the base box for $27.99 (which used to be $25), and let me tell you, I get full-sized products each and every month. And the best part? I love almost all of them! I truly believe that Boxycharm is the best beauty subscription box out there, hands down. I've tried other boxes in the past - Ipsy, for example - but I always felt like they were a bit of a waste of money compared to Boxycharm. With Boxycharm, I know I'm getting my money's worth and then some.

All in all, I would highly recommend Boxycharm to anyone who's looking to expand their beauty collection and try out new products from higher-end brands. It's truly a game-changer, and I can't imagine my life without it!

Boxycharm Disappointing Boxycharm Premium Box: Lack of Makeup Products and Underwhelming Items

As a makeup lover, I was thrilled to give Boxycharm a try. I decided to go for their premium box and filled out their online quiz, hoping to receive products tailored to my preferences. I selected the option that said I wanted mostly makeup products, as opposed to skin and haircare items. I eagerly awaited my box for over two weeks, excited to try out new makeup products.

However, when I finally received my box, I was disappointed to find that only two out of the six products were makeup items. To make matters worse, all six of the products were underwhelming and not worth the price of the box. I was hoping for more exciting and high-quality products, but unfortunately, that was not the case.

Despite my initial disappointment, I decided to give Boxycharm another chance and received my second box today. Unfortunately, it was another letdown. Only one item was a makeup product, and it was a lipgloss, which I had indicated in the quiz that I was only occasionally interested in receiving. The rest of the products were once again skin and haircare items that I have no use for.

At this point, I have decided to cancel my subscription. I am left with a bunch of expensive skin and haircare products that I will likely never use. While I appreciate the idea of a subscription box tailored to my preferences, Boxycharm has not delivered on their promise. I would not recommend this subscription to anyone looking for high-quality makeup products.

Boxycharm Boxycharm's Terrible Customer Service and Refund Policy

So, I decided to cancel my subscription to Boxycharm, but unfortunately, they still charged me a whopping $318.75! I was really upset about this and tried to contact them multiple times to request a refund, but they completely ignored me. It was like they didn't even care about my situation.

Feeling frustrated and desperate, I decided to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB). Finally, Boxycharm responded to my complaint, but it was only after I had taken such drastic measures. They promised me that if my dispute with PayPal was declined, they would refund my money. I was hopeful that this would finally be resolved.

However, things didn't go as planned. PayPal declined my dispute because I couldn't locate the cancellation policy. I immediately let Boxycharm know about this, and even forwarded them the email from PayPal, but they still ignored me. It was like they didn't want to help me at all.

To make matters worse, they also canceled all of the boxes that they had charged me for. I didn't even want the boxes anymore, but now they were basically stealing from me because they had my money and weren't giving it back.

I'm not going to let this go, though. I'm working with the BBB again and I'm letting everyone know that they should stay far away from this company. They need to give me my money back, and I won't stop until they do.

Boxycharm Boxycharm Review: Great Value with Drop Sales, But Customer Service Lacks Personal Touch

Boxycharm is a pretty decent subscription service. You'll find that you receive a lot of the same types of items, regardless of what you put on the Beauty Quiz. Personally, I seem to get a lot of primers and brown eyeshadow. However, what sets Boxycharm apart and makes it a great value for me are their Drop Sales. They offer a ton of name brand products at incredibly low prices. I've never had any issues receiving my subscription boxes or orders from the Drop Sales.

That being said, I did have a bit of a nightmare experience when I reached out to customer service with a question about a Refreshments order. The emails I received were supposedly from the Customer Service Team and had a person's name on them, but it was clear that they were automated responses. If your issue doesn't involve a refund or a commonly asked question, my suggestion would be to get creative and try to solve it yourself. Unfortunately, the bots are pretty useless and won't be much help.

Overall, I think Boxycharm is a solid subscription service. While you may receive a lot of similar items, the value you get from their Drop Sales makes it worth it. Just be prepared to handle any issues on your own if they don't fall into the refund or commonly asked question categories.

Boxycharm Boxycharm December Giveaway Review: Frustrating Experience with Missing Gift Card and Poor Customer Service

I was lucky enough to win the December giveaway from Boxycharm and received a whopping $1000 gift card! However, I have been experiencing some issues with receiving one of my $500 gift cards and it has been quite frustrating. Despite reaching out to Boxycharm multiple times, I have not received a response and it seems like they are avoiding me.

I understand that mistakes happen, but it has been over four months and I still have not received my gift card. I have been patient and understanding, but at this point, I feel like I need to take action in order to get their attention. That's why I have decided to leave negative reviews on every website I can find until someone from Boxycharm reaches out to me.

It's disappointing that there is no phone number or email to contact for help. It makes me feel like this entire company is a scam and I can't trust them or their giveaways. Additionally, I have noticed that their products can be redundant and I receive the same items in almost every box. It's frustrating to receive an email apologizing for the same issues over and over again.

I signed paperwork accepting my monetary gift and I still haven't been compensated. It's frustrating and I'm not sure what my next steps should be. If anyone has any recommendations on how I should move forward, please let me know. Overall, I hope that Boxycharm can resolve this issue and improve their customer service in the future.

Boxycharm Disappointing Experience with Boxycharm: Expired Products and Missing Promised Gift

I used to be a subscriber of Boxycharm, but I stopped about a year ago because they kept increasing the price of my monthly box. However, I decided to rejoin in August and ordered three months in advance for convenience. When I received my first box, which was supposed to be for August 2022, I noticed that none of the products were available for review online, which was odd. Additionally, I didn't receive a card that listed the prices and descriptions of the products. Instead, I found out that they had sent me a box from almost three years ago, from October 2020. The products were expired and the box was old, which was not what I expected from Boxycharm after rejoining.

To make matters worse, they had messaged me with an offer for a free gift if I rejoined, but I never received it. After my three months are up, I will not be rejoining Boxycharm again. There are just too many issues with them now, and I don't want to risk getting another outdated box. It was a horrible experience, and I regret wasting my money on this brand. I urge others to be careful when choosing subscription boxes, as you might end up with a box that's years old and no refund or replacement will be given.

Boxycharm The absolute worst

The absolute worst. I spoke to THREE customer service representatives: ***, ***., and ***. I explained to them that I have not received my $10 coupon which was promised to me for resubscribing. *** ended up saying it is for new subscribers only. I sent a screenshot to indicate he is wrong since it said "Free $10 coupon code within 48 hours of reactivating your account." Clearly, more than 48 hours have passed and I have not received anything. Boxycharm themselves said that it is for new subscribers and the popup is already closed. I told them to cancel my subscription and do not send me the box since I do not want it since I was tricked into resubscribing. All THREE representatives ignored my comments and did not cancel my account. I need a refund for this. You are complete LIARS!

A fourth rep ended up speaking to me, ***., simply saying to check my spam folder. It really is kind of hilarious how this customer service acts. Do they think I haven't checked everywhere? Does the FOURTH person I speak to think that telling me to check spam is a solution? They are not willing to give me a refund when I expressed since WEDNESDAY to cancel and that I do not want anything as it was all a HOAX. They ended up starting shipping on Friday. NOT MY PROBLEM. All four agents ignored my messages to cancel the account that they then proceeded to ship in order to not refund me. Slick guys! Props to you! I will be disputing this and will be telling everyone how my experience was on all social media platforms.

On 5/23/22 I started a monthly subscription with BoxyCharm. I received the initial items shortly after. 7 days later on 6/1/22 a second charge was made to my bank from BoxyCharm, however I did not received the products I'd paid for. On 7/1/22 a 3rd charge was made and I have not received those products either. Numerous attempts were made to contact BoxyCharm to ascertain the status of my purchases but they literally do not have a viable contact or customer support system. Today I cancelled my subscription (hopefully as I read here that others have in fact had issues in that actually occurring) but in asking for a refund of monies paid for non-delivery of products I was informed they do not offer refunds. This is no way to run a business!

I used to really LOVE getting my boxys every month. Lately they have been duplicating stuff. I have so much of the same makeup and serums because they aren't changing it up. Very very disappointed with this month's box. Hopefully I don't have as much trouble as everyone else on here with canceling...I want new stuff, so I'm taking my business elsewhere.

This company just *** me off. Missing product that I paid for and didn't receive. Customer service is absolutely horrible, as you cannot talk to an actual customer service agent! I have 40$ worth of popup product that hasn't budged since April 22nd. I've been told that it has been shipped (with no tracking number), and that ALSO it's not been shipped but being packaged (a month later)! My MAY box was given a tracking number early in the month. It apparently made it to SOMEWHERE In MN, and has been "lost" since then! I contacted BOTH USPS AND FED EX, and they say it is the fault of boxycharm and that it's out of their hands and I need to file a "lost package complaint", which I'll tell you RIGHT NOW is impossible to do when a business tells you through EMAIL that your issues have been elevated, but you receive NOTHING from them! In fact the only emails I have received have been regurgitated nonsense generated to "put the customer at ease" while they do absolutely NOTHING to resolve the problem! At this point I want to cancel my subscription, be credited for my box AND the missing popup items (which amounts to almost 40$ for popup, and 25$ for the may box), and call it a day! I think with almost SEVEN HUNDRED complaints that they would get their [censored] together and resolve issues like this (apparently they use a VERY [censored]ty delivery system that jumps between USPS and Fed ex)! At this point in time I have looked at other options which is sad because boxy really has great products, but unfortunately their customer service and delivery doesn't add up when you're spending hard earned dollars on products!

I paid for October and december boxes that never even shipped to me. I PAID for it. And they never left warehouse. I reached out multiple times and after they repeated me asked for the tracking number after I gave it to them multiple times they now say they are not responsible after 30 days. So i basically gave them free money. I only have bad experiences with this company after being with them for several months. I dont understand how this isn't fraud. Never wasting my hard earned money on this company again and I would advise anyone else not too either. They take everything they can get and then say they arent responsible.

Like so many reviews that Ive now read this business is a SCAM! nearly a entire YEAR WAS FRAUDULENTLY CHARGED BY THEM! They make it impossible to cancel and even when you somehow do they still charge you! But hey, at least now YOU WONT GET ANY ITEMS FOR YOUR MONEY. customer service?! ? yea right. They send you an auto generated generic email then ignore you. Its legit fraud and they should be shut down or at the very least sued!In fact I am so worried that many other people will have the same experience and be robbed that I actually am taking them to court! Its a mass amount of time and waist of money and they know most people wont bother. However I cant allow this to go on! And to other innocent people especially after reading the hundreds of reviews that had the same issue as I do. Sad, because I was a customer for 2 years maybe 3 before all this happened and now over the past year nothing but debits from my bank from them! Save your money and stay away!You have been warned! Terrible service when trying to cancel.It wont allow you to cancel your subscription at all.Ive tried multiple times.Keeps sending it back to *** tried canceling on the 27th of May and again today since its supposed to renew on the first of June.I dont want to be apart of Boxycharm.I want my membership canceled!Terrible service.I will never recommend to anyone!

The system wont let me cancel my subscriptions with the company! I get emails from the company, but shockingly the confirmation to cancel email never gets sent. Its a scam to get more money out of already unhappy customers.

Boxycharm I placed a pop-up order on November 9th for around $140

I placed a pop-up order on November 9th for around $140. Received an email on November 20th stating that they expect my order to ship in 6-14 days. Nothing. Received another email on November 30th stating that they expect my order to ship by the next week, and of course again nothing. So they have had my money for 5 weeks now. Unfortunately I paid with a debit card so I cannot do a charge back. I asked for a refund but they said pop up orders are final. I find this completely unacceptable. This order contained christmas gifts that needed to be shipped out. Now I have to buy more gifts to make up for what is missing and I will be stuck with the extra. I could have used that money during black friday to take advantage of other savings. I am part of the boxycharm reddit group. What is strange is that others who placed their orders days after me have received their packages. Also seems like the small orders are being prioritized over the larger orders. I would expect that they would be shipping their orders in the order they were received but apparently that is not how they run things. I am cancelling my subscription. I am so upset at this whole situation. If I had known I would not get my order on time I would have never placed it. They should have warned their customers that they should anticipate possibly not getting their order by Christmas EVEN IF ORDERED THE SECOND WEEK OF NOVEMBER! HOW RIDICULOUS! Also the fact that they did not start their add on sale at the advertised 12pm this month did not help. They forget their customers have jobs and lives and don't have time to sit around for 45 minutes waiting for them. If they say it starts at 12pm they should start it at 12pm..not 12:45pm.

Honestly, I don't know what to say. I looked at this website and I wanted something nice. I purchased something but they charged me double. I mean, I had the code and everything but once I clicked that, it immediately charged me double so wth? AND, it looked really fishy to me.. There was no real customer support and there was too much! This sucks and what's really weird is that most of the people who purchased from Boxycharm had similar reasons. I just wanted a refund but they really know how to trick people! UGH! This website really sucks ?

I am at a loss as to how to cancel my boxycharm subscription. I have went through all steps on their site & the email to cancel says the URL timed out (not even 5 seconds passed). I have tried multiple times over several days. I found the "customer service website" & my email gets returned to me because apparently noone is monitoring it. This is absolutely unacceptable especially during this pandemic time. I will be stopping payment at my bank as I don't know any other way of letting them know. I was initially just cancelling temporarily but after how hard it has been..I will NEVER go back & never recommend them. UNACCEPTABLE!

BoxyCharm is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. They have the worst customer service possible. They sent me a moldy eyeshadow palette in March. I emailed them immediately and never got a response. I waited two weeks and emailed again, still no response. I emailed every two weeks after that (they say not to email more than once because if you do you get pushed to the back of the line so I waited two weeks between emails) and never got a response. A moldy cosmetic product isnt only disgusting it is also a health hazard. This wasnt a frivolous problem I was trying to get them to help me with, it was very serious and still they ignored me. I cancelled my subscription for the second time in June. The first time I cancelled was November for the same reason, they would not respond to my customer service emails or my attempts to reach out to them via social media. I was lucky this time that the company who made the moldy palette has stellar customer service I emailed them once and they replied to me immediately and had me pick out a product from their website of equal or lesser value of the palette BC sent me. They sent out my replacement product immediately and it came in perfect condition. They didnt even have to fix this problem for me and they did. BoxyCharm was responsible for the problem and they wouldn't even acknowledge me. It's sad that BoxyCharm has so many mindless, diehard followers that will continue to give them their money for damaged, used and counterfeit products no matter what. If those people would smarten up and stand up against BC with everyone else they might actually start losing money and realize they cant treat people the way they do without facing any consequences.

Boxycharm. They told me they were gonna take care of me on social media because they sent me a box that they already sent with the same exact items for my birthday month! Then sent me a private message saying nothing about taking care of me! And told me how I didn't get the monthly box cause they didn't have enough! I pay for that monthly box not what ever else they decide to send! Boxycharm, say one thing, do another!

I cancelled on March 16! I have sent screenshots of the cancellation email and yes, I clicked on the email to confirm cancellation. I opened boxy charm back up after I saw I'd been charged and then had to cancel again on April 2! If you open the app it auto enrolls you again. They know that! What are the two charges for? One is the box I didn't order and what's the 12 something? The refreshments I also cancelled. I have asked several times to refund my money. This has caused me nothing but headache and aggravation. I called my bank yesterday and was told this happens a lot with this company. I've sent them screenshots and given my card info two times. For nothing. Only to be told I didn't cancel. The proof was attached! Once again please refund ALL of my money. The 29.95 and the 12 something that no one seems to even know what it is.

After a years subscription, I ended up with more face serums than I could use in a lifetime! THEN I noticed they had automatically signed me up for a renewal, so I called TWO MONTHS in advance and magically they lost all record of that call and did not cancel my subscription as requested- and they charged me $40 more than the first subscription! then they tell me they wont refund me until my dispute is over. So they have sent me a box since, which they refuse to take back, and will continue to send them, meaning they will not refund me for them, until they decide to refund me. Absolutely horrible. And you have to talk to a brainless robot before you even get any kind of answer.

Boxycharm I payed for my October box October 2nd

I payed for my October box October 2nd. I received a tracking number and followed the tracking. I noticed it was taking longer than usual for my box to get to me so I called the customer service number on the tracking page. I was informed that my box never even made it to my state and was sent back to the sender. I tried to find a phone number for boxycharm customer service and there was none. I then proceeded to dm boxycharm on Instagram. It took multiple days and multiple DM's and comments on their posts for them to finally get back to me. When they did finally get back to me they asked me to do what I had already done which was contact the shipping company and check all doorsteps, neighbors and mail boxes. I informed them that I had done all that and that it never made it to my state and was sent back to the sender. They then took a couple more days to respond and finally they told me they would send me another one with no charge. I got an email receipt saying that they were sending another one at no extra charge. I decided to cancel my subscription that would renew on November 2nd because this had already happened to me before a little over a year ago and they did nothing for me before either. I waited a couple weeks and noticed I had not received a new tracking number for the new box they claim to have placed an order for. So I went onto my boxycharm account and clicked on the new order placed on October 27th and it said page cannot be found. This struck me as very sketchy and upsetting. I then DM'd them to ask for a refund for my October box and they still have not responded. I no longer want a replacement box I only want a refund. Do not purchase this subscription! There are plenty of better cosmetics subscription boxes that have far better and more accessible customer service.

Boxycharm I ordered boxycharm and boxy premium as well as 3 popups

I ordered boxycharm and boxy premium as well as 3 popups. I spent a lot of money as these were intended to be Christmas presents for my family. I placed my orders on the 9th and the 12th and my payments were cleared. I waited patiently and contacted customer service after 2 weeks. My orders where never shipped or received. I have over 30 different communications from boxycharm customer service telling me that all orders ship within 15 days. Each communication is from a different person. Each one has told me different contradicting stories of where my order s are and how their policies work. One person stated, that my order left the warehouse on the 24th for my premium. Another told me to wait as they are waiting for tracking info. Then I was told that my order never shipped but was ready any day to ship. Another gave my credits to spend in a special store and the credits would keep me busy and where exclusive. Another told me that my order is now ready to ship but when I asked for tracking they stated that they had to wait on tracking information and to be patient. Boxycharms policy is that all orders ship in 15 days for bixys and boxy premiums. My order never shipped and I recurved no good answers as to why they have not shipped my order and why they do not have tracking numbers for the orders that allegedly shipped already but since they never shipped, this makes sense! But it took them no time to take my money and offer me more ways to be ripped off by their company. BTW boxycharm offers no refunds so they will take your money and try to keep charging you and replying with automated messages that are sent out to everyone that complains. I can post receipts for my orders and all 35 communications with names from every employee. They are not resolving my issues which are, tracking number if items are shipped, or a timeline of my personal orders which if they where a good business would be easy to do.

Boxycharm Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. I had signed up for 6 months of the base box. I canceled the month before my 6 months was up and showed one last box was coming in July. 'Choice' came up for July's box but it wouldn't let me choose because I canceled, although I still had 1 month left in my subscription. I emailed customer service and had a 'rep' respond who kept telling me I had to re-subscribe in order to choose my July item (even though I was already subscribed for July). She assured me it wouldn't rebill until August. However, it wouldn't let me re-subscribe because it said that I was already subscribed. I reached back out to the 'rep' and she told me to 'clear my cookies' and to try on 3 different PC's because it should be working. I let her know that my phone, work PC and home PC were not letting me resubscribe. I was going to resubscribe in order to choose my item and then cancel. I asked her to simply choose the item I wanted on my behalf but she would respond telling me she couldn't do that and I needed to log in and make my choice to ensure I received my wanted item. I would then respond and let her know I couldn't because of the issues I was having. Again, she would respond with the same message! I asked her to have a supervisor respond because the issue was very simple and it was apparent she wasn't reading my emails. She responded for me to have 'charmed day' and to reset my cookies. AGAIN! We exchanged about 8 emails with her saying the same thing. I have absolutely had it! There is no way to get a hold of a supervisor...and obviously she isn't going to give our email exchange to her supervisor. This is not a way to treat customers and I can now see why the company has been getting so many poor reviews and complaints. I will NEVER subscribe to them again. I absolutely DO NOT recommend this company and good luck if you need to talk to a competent customer service rep. If I couldn't leave zero stars, I would.

Boxycharm I joined Boxy Charms subscription service

I joined Boxy Charms subscription service. I prepaid as per the agreement. My first box for November never came. When I messaged boxy charm they were very responsive and apologized and assured me they would send a replacement. I know accidents can happen so I was fine. However December came and went towards the end of December I realized that the tracking number they gave me simply did not exist for the November package. They had already billed me for a December package that I still had not received. When I sent numerous answers trying to get an explanation I got messages back totally ignoring my queries. So I cancelled. Second week of January I recieved a December box. So I did get that. I was still trying to email them about my November box and the fact that I was ignored, given a fake tracking number and left with absolutely no way to talk to anyone really made me feel scammed. I asked for a refund but as I said all my emails since I asked about the false tracking number have totally been ignored. Then this week I was billed by them again. 40 dollars. I was confused and very upset. Because I had in fact cancelled when I was actually conversing with someone before they had started ignoring me. I have all emails to prove this. Back and forth. What's even more sketchy, is that thus time when they billed me they did not send am invoice for a package for January there is nothing to say they reactivated my account or are sending anything theyveven billed me for, they just straight took money out of my deactivated account. I have left messages, I have written on their fb walls, and they talk to others yet ignore me. If this was not shady on their part then why do I get no explanation whatsoever for anything. None of this makes sense , I have never seen a company act so blatantly dishonest. Now they have literally stolen almost 100 dollars from me and I am just so grossed out. Now reading the other reviews I am even more grossed out. How many people are they ripping off on the side and getting away with?

Boxycharm I've been with this box since it first started

I've been with this box since it first started. It has been consistently going downhill. They claim that they use this beauty quiz to be able to determine products for your box. Consistently I get items that either do not work for my skin type in on my skin tone or are not even items that I would want whatsoever. I understand that this is a discovery box and it's items for you to discover. But when it's stuff that does not work for your skin tone or your skin type and this company is supposedly using a quiz to be able to determine the stuff for you there is a huge problem. For my beauty quiz I specifically have that I want mostly make up with very little skin care. For whatever reason every month I get boxes that are full of skin care. Which is the complete opposite of what my beauty quiz says. As well as the numerical order that I have chosen for specific items that I like and I don't like. It's the opposite. They are curating is really beautiful box as if they're handing out to all of their PR people and people who promote them. And then they're giving these lame boxes to the general public. I've seen it time and time again with not just my box but several other friends whom I have referred. All of which have now dropped the subscription box. for example this month I received two serums in my box as well as a three pack of lip product another separate lip balm and then have a brow item. Why would I want to serum's in my box? Why would I want for lip products in my box? None of this makes any sense whatsoever it's almost like the box was just thrown together. They have officially lost my business I am subscribed to all three boxes so they're not just losing my business for one box. As well as people whom I referred have now canceled. I am a professional make up artist as well as a licensed cosmetologist I work regularly in the industry every single day, I used to always refer people to the subscription box. And I have stopped. When people ask me how I feel about the box I gave them my honest feedback and that it has completely gone downhill. And I feel like I'm wasting my money on these boxes.

I ordered on April 24th and my order finally arrived on May 14th. My full order was suppose to be in the box, however, I was missing a Natasha Denona eyeshadow palette. No email from them saying a product was missing (however, there was an email saying the palette was INCLUDED in my shipment).

I contacted them on May 14th to tell them my palette was missing (I made a very large order in Feb and it was a fight to receive all my products - between the missing and broken items. I ended up with refunds and not one replacement being sent).

I do not make purchases to loan my money to a large corporation and "HOPE" for a refund months later when they finally agree they can not fulfil their agreement and I have to be the one to go to them to let them know they did not send my items.

So, May 14th, contacted them - via email because that is the only way to get support. Was told - surprisingly - that they'd be sending a replacement palette within 15 days.

15 days come and go and no palette, no email. Nada. I contact them AGAIN.

And was told that there has been a delay and it was set to be shipped in the very near future.

Fast forward to nearly two weeks later, today... no email. No palette. No shipment. I will be contacting them again, at the two week mark. However, if my palette isn't shipped before than and I have to contact them again, I will be filing an official complaint with the Complaintsboard.com as it'll be 2 months since I paid them and made my order. Yes, I realize I am going full ***, but I don't care. I cancelled my sub back in April after the Feb order but after this, I will never be a boxycharm customer again.

Great deals are not worth the stress I go through, being someone that suffers a magnitude of anxiety disorders. And I do realize it's "only makeup" but makeup and shopping are my therapy - basically - and when it causes me more stress than joy, I walk away. As such, Boxycharm will now miss out on quiet a bit of my shopping addiction because they can't fulfil their basic requirements as a business... customers buy, business supplies. I did my part. They failed theirs. I'm done.

Boxycharm Received and credit card charged for item I did not order

Several days ago I received a Boxycharm box that I did not order. I immediately marked on the package "refused--return to sender". I had no knowledge of this order. To my knowledge, I have no account with you. When I received my recent credit card, I was charged approximately $31 for this box. I did not order a subscription and if you have one open for me, please close it immediately at it is unauthorized. I would also expect the charge made to my credit card be reversed. Ironically, it was charged to a credit card that I never use for purchases and was in my wallet for months. This appears to be a case of identity theft and I would appreciate any information you can provide. Thank You.

I have requested to cancel serval times. They say it is, but I keep getting billed and product keeps coming. When I try to log in (no login screen available) it's says I do not have an account.

Boxycharm Did not receive

I have subscribed to boxy charm in the past with no problems. You can sign up and cancel whenever you want. This time I registered with a new email as I closed my old email account that I used with them in the past. When I signed in after resubscribing they had reverted my account back to the old inactive email address that I closed. This didn't sit well with me. If I wanted to use that email address I would of registered and used it. These businesses are doing way too much. Just do your job and provide the product and service. Now I couldn't go in and cancel it. I went in to cancel them as I decided I did not want to do business with them based on that and It wouldn't let me cancel. I changed my email address on the account and it still wouldn't send me the email to cancel, which in the past had never been a problem. So now I have paid for a box I never received and there is zero customer service now and no one in their customer service department which will lead me to having to spend time sending a letter to there crappy [censored] business and report them to the BBB. Horrible service which is unacceptable. I knew when I saw Ipsy took over Boxycharm it was going to be a problem and it was right from the start. Done with them!

Boxycharm charges not authorized

I was charged on June 2023 for a subscription i canceled years ago. I don't even know were they got my new credit card information from since is not even the same card that years i ago i used with them. It is and they make it impossible for you to solve the issue on their web page and purposely there's no way to contact them, just an automatic chat that will take you over and over again to the same answers, its the game of " lets see who gets tired first ". No absolute way to contact them or reach a human being. Its a scam and i nightmare customer service, no wonder why they are going out of bossiness

Boxycharm Boxycharm Review: Terrible Customer Service and Fraudulent Charges

I used to be a subscriber of Boxycharm (boxycharm.com) and even gave out gift subscriptions to my friends and family. However, I cancelled my subscription about a year and a half ago, yet I am still being charged for it. It's been a real hassle dealing with their "bot" customer service and sending countless emails to try and resolve the issue. To make matters worse, I have not received any products from them, yet they have fraudulently taken over FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS from my visa account.

It's frustrating that I cannot reach a human to speak with about this issue. Boxycharm's "design" and "policies" seem to be intentionally set up to avoid any contact with their customers. It's really disappointing to see a company operate in this way.

Overall, I would not recommend Boxycharm to anyone. They have terrible customer service and their business practices are shady at best. It's a shame because I used to enjoy receiving their monthly boxes, but now I wouldn't trust them with my money or personal information.

Boxycharm Disappointing Experience with Boxycharm: Difficult Cancellation Process and Lack of Customer Support

I recently had an experience with Boxycharm and unfortunately, it was not a positive one. After attempting to cancel my subscription, I received a message stating that I would receive an email with a link that I needed to click in order to complete the cancellation process. However, I never received that email.

To make matters worse, when I attempted to remove my credit card information from their website, I was unable to do so. This was incredibly frustrating as I value my privacy and security and do not want my information stored with a company that I no longer wish to do business with.

To try and resolve the issue, I attempted to call their customer service line, but was disappointed to find out that they do not offer phone support. Instead, I was instructed to contact them via mail. In this day and age, it seems incredibly outdated to not offer phone support and to only allow customers to contact them via mail.

Overall, I was extremely disappointed with my experience with Boxycharm. As a busy person, I do not have time to waste on companies that do not make it easy for me to cancel my subscription and remove my credit card information. I will not be doing business with them again and would caution others to think twice before subscribing to their service.

Boxycharm Boxycharm Review: Great Products, Terrible Customer Service

I gotta say, I've been a fan of Boxycharm for a while now. It's been a great way to try out new beauty products without breaking the bank. But recently, I ran into some issues that have left me feeling pretty frustrated.

So here's the deal. I had to get a new debit card, which meant I needed to update my payment information on Boxycharm's website. But when I tried to add my new card, it kept getting rejected. I tried a few different times, but no luck.

Now, normally I wouldn't be too worried about this kind of thing. But when I tried to reach out to customer service for help, I hit a wall. The automatic system they have set up is a total joke. It's impossible to get through to a real person, no matter how hard you try.

And that's not all. Even when I decided to cancel my subscription and start over, I ran into more problems. It seemed like every step of the way, there was some kind of issue or glitch that made things more difficult than they needed to be.

Honestly, I'm pretty disappointed. I really like Boxycharm and I want to keep using it. But if I can't get any help when I need it, what's the point? I hope they can get their act together and start providing better customer service soon. Otherwise, I might have to start looking for a new subscription box to try out.

Boxycharm Disappointing Experience with Boxycharm's Customer Service: A Review

I recently had an experience with Boxycharm that left me feeling quite disappointed. I placed an order back in December, but unfortunately, I never received it. When I reached out to their customer service team, they informed me that they couldn't do anything about it because it had been more than 30 days since I placed my order. I was frustrated because I knew that my package had never even made it to their warehouse, let alone left it.

Despite my attempts to explain the situation, I kept receiving automated responses from their customer service team. It was clear that they weren't interested in helping me resolve the issue. The only tracking information I had was from December 23, 2021, which showed that my package had been received by a US export warehouse. However, there was no information about when it would be fulfilled or shipped.

I understand that mistakes can happen, but I was disappointed by the lack of effort that Boxycharm put into resolving this issue. Boxycharm BOXYCHARM Review: A Rollercoaster Experience with Some Frustrations

I've been a loyal customer of BOXYCHARM for two and a half years now, and I have to say, my experience has been a bit of a rollercoaster. When I first signed up, I was over the moon with excitement. My makeup collection grew at an alarming rate, and I couldn't wait to see what goodies would arrive in my monthly box.

However, as time went on, I started to notice a few issues. Despite filling out my beauty quiz and indicating my preferences, I often received products that didn't align with my tastes. For example, I absolutely despise face mask sheets, yet they seem to show up in my box every other month. It's frustrating to feel like my preferences aren't being taken into account.

To make matters worse, I've received several defective products over the years. Whether it's a broken eyeshadow palette or a dried-out mascara, it's always a bummer to open up my box and find that something is unusable.

Boxycharm Mixed Experience with Boxycharm: Good Start, Frustrating Customer Service

My first experience with Boxycharm was pretty good, especially since they had a collaboration going on. I only received one item that I wouldn't use, but that's okay. The box arrived pretty quickly, which was a plus. However, after that, things started to go downhill. They lost my add-ons, and I had to threaten them to get a refund. It was frustrating, to say the least.

When I received my second box, I wasn't too impressed with the options. There was too much makeup, and I didn't really need it all. But, I figured I could gift some of it to friends and family. The biggest issue was that I couldn't track my package. When I reached out to customer service, they told me not to worry and that I would receive it soon. However, when I demanded tracking or a refund, they gave me a refund because they were out of the product. I felt like they were trying to scam me, and it was really disappointing.

I used to think that the box was worth all the issues, but now I'm not so sure. How can I reward people who lie, cheat, and don't care about their customers? Boxycharm Disappointing Experience with Boxycharm Subscription: Same Products Every Month

I'm not sure why they asked me those questions in the beginning, because I haven't received anything that I actually wanted or use. I've been subscribed for about six months now, hoping that I would eventually receive something that I would enjoy. Unfortunately, I seem to receive the same items every month. I've received about three or four blushes, a couple of mascaras, lots of lotions, and most recently, an eyeshadow palette that I would never wear. I typically wear neutrals, but they sent me a palette with bright, purple, and gold shades. This is actually the third eyeshadow palette that I've received from them, which is quite disappointing. It feels like such a waste of money. I wouldn't even give them one star, but they made me at least give them one.

Overall, I'm just really disappointed with my experience with Boxycharm. I was hoping to receive some exciting and unique products, but instead, I feel like I'm just receiving the same items over and over again. It's frustrating to spend money on something that doesn't bring me any joy or excitement. I'm not sure if I'll continue my subscription with them, as I'm not sure if it's worth the money. I would definitely recommend doing some research and reading reviews before subscribing to Boxycharm, as it seems like their products may not be for everyone.

Boxycharm Boxycharm Review: Cute Packaging, Shipping Issues, and Limited Customization

The packaging was always cute and I appreciated the effort put into the presentation. However, I did have some issues with shipping - my boxes would often arrive later than expected and sometimes items would arrive damaged.

One thing I didn't like was the lack of customization - while you do fill out a profile, it didn't seem like it made much of a difference in the products I received. I also wish there was more variety in the types of products included - it seemed like there were always multiple lip products and eyeshadows in each box.

Overall, I think Boxycharm is a good subscription service for those who want to try out new products and don't mind the lack of customization. The value is definitely there and the higher-end skincare products were a nice surprise. However, if you're someone who is very particular about the types of products you use, this may not be the best option for you.

Boxycharm Boxycharm Review: Disappointing Customer Service and Billing Issues

I've been a loyal subscriber of Boxycharm since way back in 2017. However, with the economy being so tough these days, I had to make the tough decision to cancel my subscription on November 11th, 2022. I was sad to do it, especially since I had just received an email about my November Box being shipped, but I knew it was the right thing to do for my budget.

Imagine my surprise when I found out that even though I had received a confirmation email that my subscription was successfully canceled, I was still billed for not one, but two boxes in December. And now, in January, they've billed me for two more boxes, but I haven't received any of them yet. I've been trying to get in touch with someone at Boxycharm, but it's been like trying to navigate a maze. I keep going in circles trying to submit a ticket, and I can't seem to get through to anyone.

I finally had enough and decided to take matters into my own hands. I changed my payment method to an expired credit card, so they won't be able to charge me anymore. But I'm still owed four boxes worth of refunds, and I'm not sure if I'll ever see that money again.

It's a shame, really, because I used to love Boxycharm. I loved getting surprise makeup and beauty products every month, and it was always such a treat to unbox my goodies. But now, I feel like I've been let down. I understand that mistakes happen, but the fact that I can't get in touch with anyone to resolve this issue is frustrating.

In the end, I've decided that Boxycharm is no longer worth the hassle. I won't be subscribing again, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone else either. It's a shame, really, because it used to be such a great service. But now, it's just not worth the headache.

Boxycharm Boxycharm Review: A Disappointing Experience with Repeated Items and Missing Orders

This Boxycharm thing is a total joke, I swear. They keep sending me the same stuff over and over again and then try to tell me it's not a repeat if it's been over a year. Like, what kind of nonsense is that? And then they go and say that they're all about giving you an "experience box" and that's why they put weird black and blue lipstick in there. Like, seriously? Who wants that?

And don't even get me started on their charm orders. I've placed like 9 of them since November and I haven't gotten a single one. All they do is give me some stupid charms back and say sorry. Like, that's supposed to make up for it or something?

And then there's the boxes themselves. My April box was missing an item, and they gave me a repeat item too. Plus, they keep sending me stuff that doesn't even fit my skin profile, and they act like it's supposed to be some kind of personalized curation or something. Like, I haven't seen any evidence of that so far.

Honestly, I don't know why I keep bothering with this Boxycharm thing. It's just a waste of time and money.

Boxycharm is a Beauty Subscription box, I was subscribed to all 3 Tiers , Boxycharm Base, Boxycharm Premium, and Boxycharm Luxe Box, for the month of September I was supposed to receive the Luxe Box, it said it was delivered but I never received it I contacted Boxycharm and they gave me a replacement order for the Luxe Box on 9/17/22, I waited the time they told me to wait on the replacement box to ship and i never received a tracking So I emailed them back and they told me they would look into it, they just kept on giving mew the run around, so I canceled by existing subscription out, and since I done that they will not write me back or contact me at all I have sent them over probly around 25 to 30 emails and no one will respond to me, i have every email I have sent them and the ones the have sent me, if you need them, they still owe me my BoxyLuxe Box for the month of September here is the information of all the order and replacement order date and the amount of the box BoxyCharm BoxyLuxe first order number-*** Date-9/1/22 Amount-$57.99 plus tax that is what my card was charged BoxyCharm BoxyLuxe Replacement order number-*** Date-9/17/22 They did not charge me for the replacement order because I never got the first box,I have the email confirmation of the replacement order , I am know longer a subscriber to Boxycharm, but they still owe me for my September BoxyLuxe, they will not even contact me back, they have done me wrong, and the card that they charged me for on the 9/1/22 I have canceled that card and bank account out I was afraid the would keep charging me every month that was some reviews that I have read that boxycharm did to people so I was afraid they would do that to me so I canceled my bank account out, I know this is not a lot of money to some people but it is to me so please help me get what is owed to me I have uploaded some documents that I had with boxycharm I have several more if need them

I ordered another 6 months and I've been a customer for 6 months previous and I was very happy with everything. After I ordered this last 6 month subscription I canceled it but now I'm no longer able to choose anything and I don't know when my shipments are coming. There's absolutely no way to contact customer service about this. From what I've heard from people I don't know if I'm even going to get my next shipment. I just want to be able to choose my items for the last 6 months of the subscription.

I have tried for three months emailing, using *** to post the issue, going to messenger without any luck at all. The response from computers have failed your ability to communicate professionally, and correct the issue at hand. I have an account that I need to cancel. With all of the correspondence I've stated that I do not have access to the email anylonger that I used. Also, I'm not even sure if that is the email I registered with on BoxyCharm. The email that I use to have an active account with BoxyCharm isn't the correct one. I need someone to help me locate the correct email and account that is active to cancel. This is beyond frustrating for me. To not have a phone number to call and only have robots is complete laziness. I want my account information and I want to cancel it. I do not wish to be given an email that at one time was associated with an active account. I need someone to do their job. Three months I've been dealing with this nonsense.

On November 14, 2022, I purchased 13 items from BoxyCharm during a sale event. The company sent me confirmation of the purchases along with a tracking number for shipping. The funds, totaling $120.26, were withdrawn from my bank account on the same day as my purchase. I received a tracking number on November 17, 2022. The last update I got about my purchase was on November 18, 2022, when the tracking status was updated to 'Electronic Shipping Info Received.' After that, there were no further updates. I repeatedly checked for updates but received none. The status on the BoxyCharm website remained unchanged. On Monday, December 12, 2022, I emailed Boxycharm's customer service, requesting an update. After numerous frustrating emails, in which I confirmed what I had purchased and expressed my disappointment with the delay, they resolved my issue by stating: 'While we cannot fulfill your replacement item, we've issued you a full refund for your order, and you should see the funds returned within a certain number of days, depending on your bank. A separate refund confirmation email should be in your inbox now. Thanks for being patient with us while we enhance your experience with BoxyCharm.' They also included a $6 coupon for use toward an item from The Boxy Shop, including the Drop Shop while it's open. The company did not attempt to replace any of the 13 items I purchased. To add insult to injury, they offered a mere $6 coupon. I have been a loyal monthly Boxycharm member for over a year, which they were aware of. I am completely unhappy with the outcome, having to reach out about my products that never shipped, while they had my money for over a month. The funds were originally taken on November 14, 2022. The issue was brought to BoxyCharm's attention on December 12, 2022, and as of now, no satisfactory resolution has been provided. Please help.

I purchased multiple items from BoxyCharm including 2 candles. The package arrived on 11/22/2022 4:40pm (PST) with both candles poorly wrapped in one layer of bubble wrap, in a large box with no additional padding. Due to the improper packaging both candles arrived entirely smashed with glass shards all over the box and other items. I immediately contacted the company on the above date to notify them. Their policy requires proof of the shipping label with your items next to it. Without it they will not solve your issue. This of course posed a hazard to me but I obliged nonetheless resulting in glass entering my hand as I finagled multiple pictures of both candles and inside the box where glass shards are scattered. I also informed the company that I have on multiple other occasions purchased glass products from them (specifically these exact candles) over the last 2 years and had the same issue in which I had to clean glass that had fallen out of the box and injure myself disposing of it due to poor packaging practices. On the above date at 5:31 pm (PST) a representative promptly responded stating that they would look into this matter and reach out with a resolution.Since that time I have reached out on 12/03/2022 with no response from the company. And again on 12/14/2022 with a final warning to remedy the situation or I would be taking further action. BoxyCharm has behaved negligently and recklessly in packaging their glass products resulting in injury and loss of product. I have not received a refund, an apology, nor a solution for how going forward they will package properly and with their consumers safety in mind and not cheaply to save money.

Boxycharm I've been in contact with Boxy Charm for weeks about a customer service issue without resolution.

I have been messaging back and forth with Boxy Charm for over two weeks regarding a customer service request. They said they would resolve the issue and requested information about the order numbers in question. I provided the information requested and followed up multiple times, but they continue to ignore me. As a long-term customer, I am appalled by the horrific customer service I've received. My detailed complaint is filed with their customer service. After spending significantly in their sale, they reduced prices the following day, despite the items supposedly being on sale already. This was not their usual practice, and they failed to inform customers of mid-sale price drops. Had I known, I wouldn't have spent so much. Despite providing all requested details, Boxy Charm has neglected my issue for an extended period. I've even calculated the price differences and demanded an immediate refund. Their neglect and awful treatment have led me to consider ending my support for them, and I will encourage my friends and family to do the same unless they address the problem as promised.

had a recurring sub for several years. Auto paid every 1st of the month every month. Auto- Ordered the Tarte Takeover premium box October 1st. Boxes are to be shipped out no later than 15 days into the month charged. Oct 28 I contacted boxy as i haven't rcvd notification that my box shipped. Emails between boxy and I have not come to any resolution. I still don't have a premium box or a tracking # that its been shipped. In looking in my boxy acct i can see a" Boxycharm Gift With Purchase Kit #***" but no tracking and it does not indicate its a premium box (the box i paid for) I have canceled my sub as their cust service is less than helpful, so a store credit is not acceptable.

A premium November subscription box was ordered. I received a box of trash from previous months that they could not sell. The items in the box were not premium items that were advertised but instead some cheap face clothes, hair product that I cant use as I am bald due to cancer and products meant from someone of dark skin. The customer service rep stated that they had run out and shipped a box of past favourites. I did not pay for that. I paid for a premium box. The rep said the items were chosen by the computer based on my account preferences but that isnt true as I cannot use any items sent. Again I have no hair and am as pale white as it gets. I asked the rep where and how to return the box to be refunded. He instead sent me a $12 voucher (less than half the cost of the premium box and requires a purchase to use) I explained that this was not what I requested and was unsatisfactory. They send out thousands of free PR boxes and new customers ordering premium boxes receive them so to me there is absolutely no excuse for running out and then refusing to refund a customer for a bait and switch. Bottom line- I paid for a premium product and was sent something else completed and they refuse to refund me for it.

I subscribed to two annual memberships last year and did not want to renew either. Knowing it was close to renewal time, Ive been watching for an email stating renewal would be coming soon so I could stop that process. Ive checked multiple times and no such email was received. Thats poor transparency on the part of the business and feels like a scam. Furthermore, I have been unable to log into one of the accounts due to a message that it might be suspended though it shouldnt be because they just took $333.39 times two from my bank account for 24 more boxes that I do not want and cannot use. Despite no warning of renewal, I couldnt have canceled one account due to not being able to access it.

Hello, I unsubscribed from Boxy Charm over a year ago. But, apparently they have still been charging me around $90 a month for their subscription service. Now, that I see this I went back on their website and it shows the subscription as still active. I tried to cancel the subscription again, but it wont allow me to. They say you can send them an email to cancel but that email is not active. They also say you can cancel online, but you have to verify via an email link that they send you. But they never send it. I have not received anything from them since August, but they have been charging me quarterly. I think its a scan where they continue to charge and do not honor someone canceling their subscription.

Boxycharm I was a Boxycharm subscriber

I was a Boxycharm subscriber. I ordered thousands in add ons and at their Box sale. A few months back I didnt receive 5 boxes purchased through the Box sale. I ordered over 30. 5 WERE MISSING COMPLETELY. NO REFUND NO EXPLANATION. They acted as if I was the problem to a degree. I was appalled ended my subscription and kept my husbands subscription. What a mistake. There is something going on with them. Early on I received my entire orders and recently my last order on my husbands account was the last straw. We purchased 10 boxes (10 Packets per box ) of Plant Based Protein packets. Order number is ***. I spent $129.79 and received 10 packets out of the original box in a small shipping box. NOT 10 BOXES LIKE I ORDERED. I should have 100 packets. They took the packets out of the original box and sent me them in a shipping box. I took pictures and returned the box to sender. I am also awaiting on another order purchased before this May 28th 2022 purchase. Order number *** purchased 05/20/2022 Thankfully I received both the Perricone Md bundles for my moms birthday. The 5 BOGO Styledry *** Hair Mask have NEVER ARRIVED ALONG WITH BOGO ELEMIS SUPERFOOD AHA GLOW CLEANSING BUTTER THANKFULLY I ONLY ORDERED 1 BOGO. I am truly appalled at their shipping and distribution center. They have big problems and this is bad for business. I HAVE NEVER LEFT A NEGATIVE REVIEW IN MY LIFETIME. I DONT WANT BAD JUJU. I have a good honest heart and have been taken advantage of. I was reading online this is the only way they will reach out and fix your issues at hand. I loved Boxycharm, not anymore because they do not have love for their PAYING customers. THIS SHOULD ALMOST NEVER HAPPEN & I SEE FROM THE REVIEWS THIS UNFORTUNATELY HAPPENS QUITE OFTEN. Its unfortunate I have to take time from my busy schedule to leave this complaint. Please know I am not an unkind person. Educated and my husband holds a doctorate. I made an order on October 14, 2022, in the Boxycharm Drop Shop. The Ren Face wash was $12 from this order, and whenever the pump is pushed, large amounts of product leak from the bottom. I did everything I could to contact them and get this resolved, but the only responses I am getting are automated. I have contacted them numerous times and did not want to have to make a complaint against them. I have supported the company since 2015 and am sad that it came to this. It took 2 uses to realize what was happening because I assumed my son was playing with the face wash the first time it was on the counter and realized when it happened again. My order number is witheld for privacy reasons, and I just want to be able to use the product I paid for. It is currently unusable unless I want to scoop the product from a plastic bag. Attached are proof of purchases and a picture of the leaking product. There is also a receipt on my account on their site, which is registered under my email address.

All I want is to close my account. I cancelled my subscription a long time ago, and now I'd like to have my information removed and deleted. I called the customer service number and wasn't able to get through to a live person. They just tell me to go to the support website - no help.

Boxycharm I signed up for the monthly subscription box, with the understanding it could be canceled at anytime

I signed up for the monthly subscription box, with the understanding it could be canceled at anytime. I selected the more expensive option because I wanted to choose two items each month, the basic box only allows you to choose one item and I wanted more control and it is advertised to come with 6 items. The basic box is $27.99/mth while the premium is $39.99/mth. I received my first box, had selected two items and had 6 items in the box. With the first box, I was to have received a free item, It wasnt included. After receiving my second box, I cancelled the subscription because it had a lot of similar products that I didnt need and I didnt see the value. I didnt realize Id prepaid for a six month subscription with no refund option however, and I dont recall seeing that in the sign up. I just left it figuring it was my error. When the next month rolled around, I didnt receive an invite to select the products for my box. I thought maybe I missed it, but when I didnt receive the invite again, I contacted the company. They told me that since I canceled the service, I no longer was able to select my products, stating: Charmer Benefits like Choice and our monthly shops are for "Active" members, our system uses the current subscription status in order to determine eligibility. Our system will no longer register an account as "Active" once the membership has been canceled, even if a previous prepaid subscription still has remaining shipments. Rest assured that you're still able to participate in Charmer Benefits by reactivating your existing prepaid subscription so that the status reverts back to "Active". As you can see, they acknowledge that I have prepaid for the service but cannot use it and they wont give any money back. I went to reactivate my subscription and found that to do so, I have to sign up for an additional prepaid period. I think they are falsely advertising and should either give me a portion of my money back or allow me the service I paid for.

Boxycharm promises to send 5 items in each of their base boxes every month for the subscription cost. As a consumer, the expectation is that these products will arrive undamaged. Unfortunately, I received a damaged product in my October 2022 box. Instead of offering a partial refund or a replacement product, Boxycharm proposed giving me 'charms' as compensation. A replacement would have been acceptable, but it was not available due to Boxycharm relocating their warehouse.

The charms they offered can only be redeemed by active subscribers, which I am not, following my decision to end my subscription. This decision was influenced by Boxycharm's misleading business practices, particularly regarding their September 2022 Luxe box. They had promised, through emails and social media, that all subscribers would receive a Zendo palette. However, many, including myself, received a box filled with old products, lacking the promised palette. After requesting and obtaining a refund for that box, I canceled my subscriptions. Despite this, I had already been charged for the October base box.

I had expected to receive 5 undamaged products for the price of that box. Instead, I received 4 undamaged products, 1 damaged product, and an offer of what amounts to useless store credit for the damaged item. It's unreasonable to expect me to resubscribe and pay an additional $30+ to use their charm points for compensation for a damaged product that I paid for with real money.

I find it deceptive to promise 5 intact products paid for with actual currency, only to deliver 4 intact products and offer credit in an online proprietary currency that is of no use to me as a former subscriber. I am requesting a partial refund for the damaged product.

I paid *** for a mystery bundle which contained 5 boxes. This was a gift for my sister in law. I received the tracking that she was being sent the 4 boxes out of 5. Then this morning I get an email that I the last package will not be sent out. This has become a practice that Boxycharm has recently adopted, items missing out of the boxes, and what is worse it that they are quick to take your money and not quick to give the money back also they never give the amount you paid, because they have all these discounts and coupons. I think that this is an outright false advertising. They have a shop that you can pick what you would like to buy. if they don't have enough items, they shouldn't let everyone buy the items that they are advertising.

I have attempted to cancel this subscription three times now. Every time I get the final step of cancellation, where they are supposed to send an email to confirm, THEY NEVER SEND THE *** I have checked all inboxes, including spam and promotion and nothing comes through. I keep getting charged for this monthly subscription without a way to cancel. This is a huge scam and I'm very irritated.

Boxycharm I bought a subscription to a beauty box from Boxy Charm in July

I bought a subscription to a beauty box from Boxy Charm in July. The first box reached me. Thereafter, I did not receive boxes for August, September, November and December. I received October because I complained online via Facebook to Boxy and their customer service was very helpful, took a surface shipping address that did not involve a PO box and the box came. As did a separate product I bought at one of their sales. Problem solved I thought except that the next boxes went missing. The problem is that Boxy seems to use different shippers. I, like many rural Americans, have a home address where we receive UPS and FEDEX only; Not US Mail. US mail comes to a PO box in a different town. So what I can see from the tracking labels is that these boxes are persistently being sent to my home address using the US Postal service after being told repeatedly that the US post does not deliver to this home address so that when these boxes show up at the post office they are sent back. I tried to fix this problem by having them ship to my PO box which they also have as my billing address, but they managed to screw that up too. I am not alone with this shipping issue. My niece in DE has the same PO/ street address problem with Boxy except hers got straightened out. What is especially upsetting is that after paying themselves and receiving all these boxes back, BoxyCharm never once contacted me to ask what to do or how to help. I cancelled my account, but even then I was disgusted to find that I could not remove my "default" card. In order to make sure they did not continue to charge me for years to come as has been noted on Facebook and other forums,I had to cancel my card. BC pretends to be so very concerned, but I have heard nothing from them in 4 days after they had supposedly opened tickets ( #XXXXXXXX, XXXXXXXX). It is quite simple: I have been charged about *** for 3 month subscriptions to the base and premium boxes. Refund my $ or send me all the missing boxes
