I made payment of $326.02 back in July 2022 to be my last payment on this account because the card was really not serving my company's needs, so I decided to stop using the card. I get an invoice in the mail stating that I have a balance of $300.00 due 11/23/2022. to make matters worse I never received any emails or a call from representative requesting payment for pass due amount of $300.00. This company has billed me $75 late fee four times and didn't try to collect payment from the 1st $75 that was billed. but sent me an invoice 4 months later requesting payments for $300. I find it very suspicious especially after calling to resolve this matter. I was placed on hold for 1hour and 50 mins and transferred at least 3 times. I asked to speak to a supervisor. I was placed on hold for another 19 mins to have someone get on the call to pretending that they were unable to hear me and end my call. I never received a call back. I addition to that I logged back in my account to later find out that it has been locked and I only have limited access to certain areas.

Desired outcome: Please remove balance.
