I have been paying along as per his request and know the cabinets have not arrived on when he said, as expected. however he is getting them completed across the border Juarez, Mexico, we did not request that.
Mr. Dominguez, Virgilio is the owner and states that Cabinets will be here on Saturday and wants the payment upfront or he will not bring them.
We have requested to inspect the work first
This has been a long time Contract to get this work done, we are constantly fixing many of his work due to him being sloppy and taking too long to get any work done.
He puts me in a predicament that no pay no job, I have put in more than 75% of the balance and would only like to seek verification of the final job.
Desired outcome: He left out that he did not find the correct flooring tile, so I had to pay to cover with new tile my existing area.Bring cabinets prior to requesting payment
