My daughter and I are both having repeated problems with a BP service station refusing to take ASOS returns, it happened again today 18th Jan 13:30
I have contacted ASOS about the problem with this service station before and they advised their expectation is that all BP service stations will honour all "CollectPlus" goods.
Can you advise why this member of staff, Thajeevan (CSA), repeatedly refuses to accept parcels and invents arbitrary days or times lots when parcels can be returned?
I have also asked Thajeevan (CSA) for his manager's name and he refused to give that to me to progress this complaint locally.
