I sent my Breitling Navitimer in for verification and was told it needed a full service as the reversal wheel was defective. After declining the service and having the watch sent back to me the stem now completely falls out of the crown. When I communicated this to Breitling Service they refused to return the watch in the condition it was sent to them. When I told them to reference their own work notes on the needs of the watch, this new issue wasn't present. Customer service has been extremely rude and unhelpful considering the watch is considered a luxury brand. As of now they state the new issue can be repaired but I will have to purchase a full service and be put at the back of the service line for my watch.
Desired outcome: I would like the watch to be returned to its original operation referenced by the Breitling techs own notes.
