Brendons Towing Scrapeyard review: Rear axale beam assembly

I went tto Brendons towing scrapeyard, and i bought exale beam assembly for Toyota itois on the 19th/04/2023 and i paid full amount of R3500 just after the installation was done took the car for wheel alignment only to find out that the exale was bent / damaged and it was unservicable told the owner but owner refused to reach agreement with me so i have asked him to pay back the money so i can be able to fix my car somewhr else but he still refuses.
