Like many people I bought something from them, then I quickly realized it was a scam.
They operate under the name Bright Forest Technology and they use many fake websites.
I bought two packs of bags for my vacuum.
After I completed the order I never received an email with my invoice.
Few minutes after, I checked my credit card, they charged more than they were supposed to. 32.90 instead of 29
I tried to contact them in order to cancel the order, no reply of course.
The next day I contacted VISA in order to block the payment but the guy on the phone told me it was too late, but my purchased are guaranteed by VISA against fraud.
So I have to wait two weeks in order to "receive the merchandise" (probably nothing, or a stupid bracelet).
Then I will be able to open a case against them, then Visa will try to contact them and see what going on.
Like I said they operate with many websites and they look convincing but its all fake.
I identified few of them, If you bought something from one of theses websites or you see Bright Forest Technology on your credit card bill, you have to contact your credit card company as soon as possible.

I just called VISA today and they told me they will transfer my case to VISA international, they will try to contact the scammers. Its more complicated because I actually received something. They will call me back on april 23.
Just a quick update, visa called me back and told me they will make a request to the bank of these scammers in order to get the money back. The procedure takes 1 to 4 months and nothing is guaranteed at this point.
The website where I have been ripped off is still online because we live in a clown world.

Is www.yummcafeblog.co.uk one of their sites? I ordered a new bike from there but have not received any order confirmation yet.
Doesn't looks like the other ones, but it looks fake. Honestly I don't know.
Check your credit card bill then do a research about the company.
Cancel the transaction, I ordered boots and got a belt. LOL. Call your bank and cancel visa card immediately then ask them to cancel the transaction.
Is "yamahashops.com" a fake website, linked to "Bright Forest Tecnology?
I don't know and the website is inaccessible.
If you bought something, again check your credit card bill, if you don't, with a name like that I wont take a chance.
I bought a guitar from them and now im starting to believe that IT'S A SCAM... dom't know what to do
seems it is. i also purchased an item from them and now when i search their site www.yamahashops.com, it says the site cannot be reached. seems we have been fooled by them.

Why is Visa and the Banks so useless in these cases, they clearly know the merchant is up to no good. I ordered some shoes from http://rmwshoe.shop, site is now down. I put my order through on March the 30th, tried to cancel immediately after receiving order receipt email from auto3@servicecentervip.com
I placed an order in "https://www.yamahaushop.com" and I did not see the product invoice and VISA already made the charge, however they tell me that I must wait 3 days where the "Yamaha" page assures that it will arrive your order but on the page it appears as (pending) And I do not know what to do now
I had ordered 2 guitars and I see that many complain about receiving scams
I ordered 2 acoustic guitar last April 7, 2019. After waiting almost 3 weeks and keep updating my track finder, it came to Dubai Post Office and as soon as I received "the package" it was a small parcel (guitar strings?). I thought they will hand over another package but that was it. As I opened it was a [censored]ing "Cartier Gold Bracelet" which looks fake!

I ordered shoes at prominentstyle.club and got an email from Bright Forest Technology, so I think you can add that URL to the list.
Ordered some shoes from a shop called Salamonashoes.com and I believe it was a scam. Bank cant stop the money going even though it is "pending". Shows up as Bright Forrest Technology but payment is via ipasspay.biz
Ipasspay is a well known scam processor. Also known as Qeebey Tech co ltd

The site is a scam. I bought a silicone case for a TI Nspire (https://www.mjartmall.com/guerrilla-silicone-case-for-texas-instruments-ti-nspire-cxcx-cas-graphing-calculator-pink-bhrs-group-tinspirepinksc-p-257936.html) and received a "Cartier" bracelet in the mail.
Luckily I used a prepaid credit card since they didn't accept PayPal (although the site displays the PayPal symbol).

We got caught by a Clarks Shoes EU clearance sale and have just received a Cartier love bracelet the same as on the photo above. Unfortunately it isn't genuine. Unfortunately it will make getting a visa refund difficult but we'll see - it is already in progress.
How do we report these scammers and return our money back?
Customer@cpjus.com is definitely a scam. They trade under multiple websites and have stolen my artwork designs and other artists designs who also sell on eBay. I sell greeting cards and fridge magnets on eBay and they just copy and paste my photos and description without my knowledge.i have tried contacting them to ask them to take down my images but they ignore me. I have tried telling them that if they don't I will report them to Google and take legal action but they still ignore me. I am not sure what to do
