Very poor customer service was provided. Initially, they were supposed to come at the appointed timing of 2 - 4pm. I wanted to change the timing as I had sth on. However, they say I cant do it and they would have to charge me $45 if I do so. Since it was so, I decided to go on with the timing of 2 - 4pm and changed my own schedule to 5pm instead. HOwever, they actually called again later to change to 5pm because they needed to attend to another booking before mine, which was a condominium I suppose. Why is it that when I wanted to change the timing, they were not able to do so? Yet they changed my timing as and when they like? I thought it would be reasonable for them to be able to appease the customer by waiving off certain charges like the delivery fee. However, they said, just cancel the order if I am not happy with it? What kind of customer service it is?

Haha seriously, I want to reflect this comment to the relevant departments for them. However, apparently they are not concerned about such things. Look at their website, there's no email or whatsoever for complaints or feedback. This shows how 'customer-oriented' they are. When I complained on the phone, they were not concerned either.

I had the same experience of their very late turn up. I waited from 2- 4 pm. But after 4 pm. they said it would be delay to 5-6 pm. But they turn up past 7.30 pm. I asked for another appointment. And replied that I have to wait another week. It was such inconvenient dinner time. And I wonder how well can they do the job in the dark. After fixing the lighting, I was not able to check in that condition. They promised to come back the next day to install the fan. And they cannot wait for payment till then but instead persuaded me to give them full payment including the fan. Later I took a torch light to check each of them and found a crystal missing from the set. And the LED lights suppose to be white as seen in the showroom but they were yellowish. I regretted giving full payment and began to worry that they may take their time to resolve the issues. I hope they don't do that.

further to my complaint on 9/11, I must state here that they DID come back the very next day to get the fan fixed and lighting resolved. I would not feel stressful and worried had I not given them full payment as requested, before work is done.
