We where booked for a birthday night out and orded a prestige suite on 11/4/2023.
So on the 22/4/2023 we arrived at the hotel and was booked in and everything seemed great till we got to the room and was nothing like the pictures we had seen on line. I went to the main desk and spoke to a lady who was in charge of the check in desk and asked why the room liked the way it did her response shocked me as she told us the room we orded a week one is not available and we had been givin a double suite without being informed when we checked in as this was not what we paid for and felt deceived we asked for a refund wiche she told us under the sercamstancse this was possible. And we left and stayed at the hillton
As we booked with hotels.com we spoke to them about the refund and after a lot of emails the hotel manager has refused the refund I would like you to look in to this as I'm sure this is not the first time they have done this to other customer to contact me personally on this matter my number I [protected]
