arrived in 2020 with a dent, dealer came back out and replaced top but the unit was still making loud noise I was complaining about cutting on and off, like it was struggling. In the winter the pump cuts on even in freezing temps so not sure on that? I had another bryant dealer come out instead of the one for a couple of calls not addressing my issue and they did not hear no loud noise, well come to find out the breaker that was installed was tripping and it wasnt even working..after several visits and money spent on charges from electricians for dealers to come out and I live in a rural town which makes even more frustrating, I have a smell coming out from either the bryant furnance or the bryant heat pump which was sold to me and I live in the northwest where it gets cold..ugh with even this helping me save money when I had to use electical heaters due to not being able to afford the expense of the calls and nothing being dealt with, still have this damaged loud heat pump with a smell now this year... 2 years going on.
Desired outcome: replaced like it should have been in the first place..
