Budson Construction review: They didn't want to return money, which they haven't spent for the materials

My company signed the contract with Budson Construction. We hired them to buy some materials and provide some specific work. We have paid $30, 000 for the materials and labour. However, they spend the sum less and the remaining sum was $8.000. They didn’t tell about this sum and kept this sum. When we asked to return this sum, the staff started to threaten us and told that we had no rights to ask them about money. Awful people, so be aware of their actions.
