I purchased 16 bars of soap from Buff City Soap on-line. I have purchased from this company for years therefore I know the size of the soap changed but it still states it weighs the same with the sleeve it's wrapped in but it's clearly not the same. I sent the company pictures of the soap in my last shipment comparing the sleeves from a previous shipment from a different store. It's evident the soap is almost half the size of the previous packaging. I informed Wylee Wooldridge that I feel that the company has con me and this is fraudulent. Wylee stated that I will NOT get my money back and I can patronize another business. I don't have a problem with patronizing another business but my request is to send me a shipping label to return their soap and refund my money! I can buy soap ANYWHERE! I came to them in a very timely manner with this issue of FRAUD! I have sent them pictures showing my facts but Wylee thinks he owns the company and will not comply with sending me the label or my money. This is a sign of pure ignorance. If you don't want someone to patronize your business because they think it's Fraudulent... Why not cut all ties! Give me my label and my money! They will NEVER have to hear from me again. Desired outcome: Shipping Label and return my money!
Obviously the packaging changed, but the soap did not. Trying to get free soap from them when all they did was go from horizontal wrappers to vertical wrappers. . Good on Buff City for not allowing you to defraud them.
