Bulbs n Blooms review: Product was never received 1

I ordered a butterfly bush on March 25. on April 18 I received a notification that the order was shipped. However, using the tracking number, I learned that the item was delivered to a mailbox in Tonasket, WA (300+ miles away). I contacted the company three times (via e-mail and via text) and got zero response. I guess I'm out $48.15. Really disappointed, but I guess I should have read up on the company before I ordered because I see there are a lot of complaints. Plus a company address @yahoo.com should have been a red flag...
