On December 3, I placed a order for a17" laptop and send the payment for the laptop at that time. The tracking no# AG432970223CN, and the order no# [protected] was given to me at that time .I tried to track the item in question through UPS, and FEDX but neither company has the item and the tracking number is not what they use. It was stated that I should have received the laptop in3-5 business days. I also tried to contact the company by email and got no response, or anything about the laptop or a refund. Now I am trying this way and hopefully get some kind of answer.
Desired outcome: I would like the laptop 17", or a refund of my money $50.00 as soon as possible.
