These guys called me up to try and sell me some kind of busicall service as they called it and it would get my business "calls not clicks" as they put it. They said they were using some sort of proprietary software that worked directly with Google's local maps system to convert clicks into calls. They also said they had an agreement with Google and the lies just kept coming. I am a business man who has invested into real internet marketing for my business from top professionals in the industry. They were hard to find but it's amazing what a little research can do, and after learning what really works this whole thing sounded suspect to me so I told them I would like some time to think about it so I could do my homework and that's when things got ugly. Pushy is putting it mildly these guys were brutal. After hanging up on the sales guy I was talking too I hopped on Google to see for myself if what they told me was true. Well I found out that Google has been offering it's Click to Call service for a while now and has never heard of Busicall or their supposed software. All that it seems they are doing is using Google's system and claiming it as their own. I will post more as I find it, but my advice is to do some research and avoid things that sound to good to be true. These guys are a total scam.

E-terran was a Vegas telemarketing company selling the Busicall product. Once Busicall was made aware of the E-terran's business practices they ceased relations. Busicall is honorable company and their products have a 100% money back guarantee. There products get results.
E-terran on the other hand makes most used car salesman look like Mother Theresa.
Busicall offered the person - whom was irate over a phone call from e-terran - a free service of 90 days.
Hi I would like to offer you a free 90 day 199.99 package for your business. No strings attached
I bought this Busicall service for my Stepson's Auto Business whom he worked for to get them more business. After 30 days of service, Busicall got my sons business from the 60th position in a google search of automotive repair businesses to the second place on the first page of a google search within 45 days after activation and many, many phone calls to the business. So the service worked for them and still is under 8 different searches they are in the 1st, second, or third spot of all those searches on Yahoo and Bing also.
Busicall is a scam. Not just E-Terran. I was sold by the high pressure sales of e-terran last October. I paid $399 for 6 months service. Busicall claims they never got paid by e-terran, I tried to get my money back but e-terran doesn't exist anymore. Busicall said they would honor the agreement for advertising which at first I thought was good. But the problem is, it doesn't work. It's a lot of hype and no delivery. I never received the first call after 5 months of being in the system. I tried numberous times to get them to fix it to where I was getting business calls, but they never produced a single call. I was very patient and communicated with them several times a month for 5 months. I have 1 month left on my subscription and have yet to have a single call. It would have been nice to get at least one call and possibly make some of my money back that I spend on this service that is obviously a scam.
Free 90 Days of service? That is like saying 90 day of nothing. Your phone will not ring. Beware of this scam.
BEWARE! Busicall is the worst investment I've made with my business. They have made promise after promise and have delivered nothing. I've paid them $800 in March of 2012 and I still have not received anything from them. I have requested my money back many times and they just keep making promises with no results. I could go on and on about all they have said to me but, the main thing is they do not do what they say. They told me I would be on 160 different sites including google, bing and yahoo and that my ad would be in the first couple of positions, I don't have one single ad anywhere except on some silly little site called bluecraftsman. And they have me listed in Kansas City missouri when I'm in the St. Louis area. It has been a nightmare trying to deal with these people, it has been one lie after another and I can't get them to deliver on anything they say. I was promised 32 zipcodes and 12 different phone numbers for tracking purposes, I've received NOTHING! Beware, save your money and don't spend a dime with this outfit.
Beware indeed! i am a small business owner, the idea is definitely a good one. but they took my money on a ten mile radius 6 month promised and didn't do a dam thing. they don't return phone calls, thay don't answer help tickets. i ordered first week in March 2012 and its been almost 5 months and still nothing.. STAY AWAY from this bunch.
Busicall had two different marketing people call to say that smart phone searchs are the way new business is found and generates calls. They offered a 200 call guarantee or you get your money back in 6 months. After paying $399.00 there where no calls generated to our insurance agency after three months. The founder then called and told us that Google places couldn't verify us as a business it's our problem. After numerous written requests to the billing department (Karen), We where told the matter is being forwarded to their insurance department for a refund. It's nine months later and no refund. Busicall is a scam.
