Buyee.jp review: SONY camera

I am sorry to tell you that I have a bad experience in purchasing a SONY camera via Internet (Buyee.jp). I have already pay by my credit card, but I have not received my camera so far. Buyee mentions that they have opened my BRAND NEW camera for inspection. However, I cannot accept it as it is NOT BRAND NEW after opening the box. Thus, I ask Buyee to cancel my purchase order, but they refuse to cancel my purchase order. I need you help and support as I am not live in Japan. I cannot contact them directly. Thanks.
