BuyPassportsOnline.com review: Scammed me, they do not send anything after you pay them

On date april 9th 2020 I have been scammed by this website (buypassportonline.com) of 2000$, I ordered from their site a passport of Luxembourg because it's written they offer real database registration but at first they took a 50% deposit and after the last 50% they disappeared and stopped to answer my email. I have the receipt of the payment by WU.
I would like to have an advice regarding this situation.
