Firstline Security Alarm Service

We were told by the man we are an "advertisement house" for the neighborhood, which is all military. I told him my husband will be deploying in a year and don't want to be part of a contract. He said because he deployes and under the military service act we can cancel the contract. My husband is getting ready to deploy and we called to cancel it because we are moving and they said it is fine mail all this information and we mailed everything. They keep charging us and we keep calling. They finally refunded us an amount and then the next month billed us for what they refunded. They never answer their phones and never call back when they say they are calling back. They said they disconnected our service because we refused to pay but because they haven't resolved the "contract" issue and are unorganized they keep billing us and want us to pay a $150 reconnection fee?!
