Dear Sir/Ma’am,
This is bring to your notice that from 23rd of Aug 2016 my account is completely disable . I am not able to use ATM, Net banking and check facilities due to some silly reason as per your customer service agent. As per your agent due to verification problem my account has been deactivated. Six months prior i requested to change my address but as per your agent verification not done. I want to remind you that on 10th Sep and 17th Sep your employee came and verified my address but without any information you guys disable my account from above mentioned date. Its my salary account i m in financial problem right now i need money. Kindly fix the problem on an urgent basis and i am going to post in all social networking sites regarding the issue and your ridicules customer service. I have all the recording which i spoken with your customer service agent .
