A&W Restaurants - aw service

The service of the restaurant is garbage. I was knocking on the window. Wanted to add something else. The first thing she said to me is, I let u wait for two minute, why can you understand. That is just so [censored]ed up thing to say. That is just so not respectful! [protected].

I am providing you with information about the "not so good service and food quality" that I experienced yesterday at the A&W Location at 1403 Henderson Hwy in Winnipeg, MB. I wanted to purchase lunch for a young mom and child that I was going to visit...a treat for her because she's raising this child alone and it was his 1st birthday. I decided to order near her location so as to get a free coffee that was offered but when I submitted the order for $15.74 the message indicated that my MC payment was not actioned. I tried twice in case I had done something incorrectly but both times it failed. I tried to explain that when I went through the drive-thru but they seemed to indicate it was a problem with my MC. That is not the case because I have used it before and I ordered from my favourite A&W at Southdale Square today to prove my case to myself. There was no problem processing the payment. So, yesterday I had to put in the order again at the drive thru, I explained the problem I was having and showed them the evidence on my phone but they were not too interested in resolving that. They refused to at least pacify me by at least giving me a free coffee. I took my order and went for my visit. Needless to say the food was rather cool, the coffees were filled only 3/4 of a cup each and there were NO onion rings which I had specifically ordered, and NOT the french fries for the second order. The double buddy burgers were neither warm nor tasty...I have never had that problem at the Southdale Square location. Kindly advise what your company is prepared to do to keep me a happy customer.
