I don't believe that IEN179525306N1 is "lost" for a second as I've been told by one of your employees. It was scanned: "Arrived at Terminal Location" multiple times on different days since the end of December, the last one being Jan 4. It must be nice to not have any accountability with the Vendors for all the packages Intelcom seems to "lose". I'm not sure what is going on with your "business" but my patience is wearing REALLY thin now. Unless you don't mind me continuing to post negative reviews, I suggest putting more effort into finding my "lost" package that's sitting somewhere in your warehouse and have it delivered this week.
