SafeCart - unauthorized money taken from acc't!

This company sent me a cancer patient, on chemo a popup telling me my pc, was infected with a trojan, malwares, spywares, and at any second if I did not upgrade and download my pc, I would destroy my pc, and lose all pics, downloads, music, etc. I just lost my mom. So I had prec ious pic just taken in july. A new niece, well, the download was free for 30 days and then at the end of the trial period, I would call the above [protected] where no one answers!Ever. I tried, my bank tried, my atty office tried, the bbb. Tried, so it is fake too. The worst thing is the very next am. I got up and seenon my nephew's pc, (Mine was froze up, still is) safecart. Took 169.93 out of my disability checking account. Now I have no computer to take to chemo! I am out 169.93 + 20.13 for something else "safecart" needed. I live on dis of 860.00 monthly. They are theives, I want them taken out of paypal's acct's. I will file with the better bus. Bureau. Lets start a petition, I will be the first.. Who will be the 2nd. Against this fake, lying deceitful co... I live in missouri and will call my atty. Gen off. Monday and start there pay pal is looking into a fraud case against them. I think they found the right person to pick on this time. I lost my pc, 90 % of my enjoyment and activity is gone with no pc. I can't email my family in ca. And get new pics sent of my niece etc. I feel they should be responsible for replacing the pc's that were destroyed by there unlawful deceitful downloads! Please someone back me up here... I will wait to here from anyone that was hurt by "s a f e c a r t " god richly bless and keep this thanksgiving holiday.. Tresa
